Southampton vs Arsenal

Another all Premier League contest, with 9th place Southampton hosting 10th place Arsenal at St. Mary’s here in the FA Cup.
Southampton got off to a hot start this season but have slowed down in recent times, with the busy Christmas period, COVID-19 quarantine, and a glut of injuries all taking their toll on the Saints.
They may regain talismanic striker Danny Ings for this contest, but they’re set to line up without eight first team players, including Oriol Romeu, Nathan Redmond, and Jannik Vestergaard, enough to make any club struggle.
On the other hand, Arsenal have found some form after a rocky start to the season, with Mikel Arteta’s men picking up four wins and a draw from their last five Premier League outings.

Everton have a good FA Cup record against sides in a lower division, winning 11 of their last 12 outings against such sides. Sheffield Wednesday are cellar dwellers in The Championship, and may have league survival on their mind rather than an unlikely victory against a red hot Everton.
