The Phoenix Suns (19-12, 14-3 Home), one of the NBA’s top scoring teams, welcome the Washington Wizards (11-20, 3-13 Away) on Tuesday. Washington was edged out by the Los Angeles Lakers 119-117 at Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, their 10th loss in a row. Bradley Beal led the way in the loss with 29 points. Phoenix is playing the second of a back-to-back after winning their third in a row in dominating fashion yesterday at Footprint Center, beating the Los Angeles Lakers 130-104. Chris Paul had 28 points and eight assists to lead the team.

Deandre Ayton led the Suns with 20 points and 16 rebounds. Montrezl Harrell had 15 points in the loss. Kristaps Porzingis and Kyle Kuzma, averaging 22.4 and 21.3 points per game, respectively, are leading the Wizards in scoring this season. Both are among the league’s top scorers, as Porzingis is No. 1 and Kuzma is first.
Porzingis also has grabbed 8.9 rebounds per game, most in the NBA. Meanwhile, Monte Morris is dishing 5.2 assists per game. Devin Booker (28.0 ppg) has been the primary provider of the Suns’ offense. He has the top scoring average in the NBA. Booker also has distributed 5.8 assists per game, most in the NBA.
Ayton has collected 9.2 rebounds per game. The Suns rank as one of the highest-scoring offenses in the NBA, fifth-best with 115.8 points per game. The Wizards are 7-3 in the last 10 games at Footprint Center. Washington has dropped 10 straight away from home this season.
