UCLA came up short on Thursday at Galen Center, falling to the USC Trojans 77-64. Jaime Jaquez Jr. had 15 points and eight rebounds in defeat, leading the team. The Bruins are first in the Pac-12 Conference.

This is the last meeting of the season between the teams. After winning the only previous season game against Washington 74-49 at Alaska Airlines Arena on January 1, their seventh straight head-to-head victory, UCLA will be pursuing a season sweep. Adem Bona led the Bruins with 18 points, while Tyger Campbell contributed 15 points and 11 assists.
