The Oregon Ducks (9-8, 3-3 Pac-12) will try to slow down one of the NCAA’s top scoring teams when they play host to the No. 9 Arizona Wildcats (15-2, 4-2 Pac-12) on Saturday.
Arizona topped the Oregon State Beavers 86-74 at Gill Coliseum on Thursday, their third win in a row away from home. Azuolas Tubelis led the way with 25 points and 10 rebounds.
The Wildcats remain fourth in the Pac-12 Conference. Oregon fell short on Thursday at Matthew Knight Arena, falling to the Arizona State Sun Devils 90-73. Will Richardson had 16 points in defeat, leading the team. The Ducks remain sixth in the Pac-12 Conference.
It’s the only meeting of the season between the teams. Arizona earned the win in the only matchup between the teams last season 84-81 at McKale Memorial Center in February 2022. Bennedict Mathurin led the Wildcats with 24 points and seven rebounds. Richardson had 22 points in defeat.

Meanwhile, Kerr Kriisa is dishing 6.0 assists per game, 10th-most in the country, and Oumar Ballo is grabbing 9.2 rebounds per game. Richardson (14.7 ppg) and N’Faly Dante (13.0) have been the primary providers of the Ducks’ offense.
