The No. 20 Michigan Wolverines (3-1) welcome the Ohio Bobcats (1-2) Sunday at Crisler Center. Ohio dropped their last game against the Detroit Titans 88-74 at Calihan Hall on Wednesday. DeVon Baker led the way in defeat with 16 points.
Michigan lost in blowout fashion on Thursday at Barclays Center, falling to the Arizona State Sun Devils 87-62. Hunter Dickinson tallied 14 points to top the scoresheet in the loss.
The Bobcats triumphed in the last meeting between the teams 65-60 at Bridgestone Arena in March 2012. The Bobcats have been led early this season by Baker and Miles Brown, who are averaging 13.7 and 12.3 points per game, respectively.
Meanwhile, Dwight Wilson III is grabbing 11.7 rebounds per game, and Jaylin Hunter is dishing 4.0 assists. Dickinson’s 19.5 points per game have powered the Wolverines on offense. Dickinson also has collected 7.8 rebounds per game. Dug McDaniel has doled out 3.8 assists per game.
