Iowa won their third in a row on Wednesday at Prudential Center, beating the Seton Hall Pirates 83-67. Kris Murray had 29 points and 11 rebounds, carrying the team.
The Mavericks got the win in the last meeting between the teams 98-89 at Carver-Hawkeye Arena in December 2016.Frankie Fidler and Marquel Sutton, averaging 13.3 and 12.8 points per game, respectively, have led the Mavericks in scoring so far this season.
Meanwhile, Kennedy Brown is grabbing 5.7 rebounds per game, and White is dishing 4.8 assists.
Murray (21.7 ppg) has powered the Hawkeyes on offense. Filip Rebraca is pulling down 8.7 rebounds per game, and Tony Perkins is doling out 5.3 assists.
