Don’t expect an up-tempo game when two of the most patient teams in the Big Ten Conference when the No. 14 Wisconsin Badgers (11-3, 3-1 Big 10) welcome the Michigan State Spartans (11-4, 3-1 Big 10) on Tuesday.
