This is a Florida Atlantic team that returns plenty of experience and leadership from last season’s team as they will have their leading scorer back in the fold and they will be looking to pick up where they left off at the end of last season. They are expected to compete for a conference title, as well as have the potential to make another NCAA tournament run and it starts with grabbing a victory in the opening night of the season here in this one as these two solid mid-majors face off. 

Loyola Chicago has been on several Cinderella runs out the last few seasons, and they will be looking to further make it a habit with an upset victory of a top 10 ranked team to open up the season here at home on Wednesday night. This is a Loyola Chicago program that has taken the nation by storm over the last several years during March Madness, and they will be looking to carry that success over to the regular season and open up their season on a solid note here on Wednesday night at home against Florida Atlantic. This Loyola Chicago team also returned plenty of leadership and talent to this year’s roster from last season and they will be hoping that they can pick up where they left off at the end of last year and pick up a massive victory to open up the season. I expect it to be a close and competitive game throughout, and I look for it to go over its total points line here on Wednesday night.
