Brooklyn Nets @ Philadelphia 76ers – 7:30pm ET
Tony Battalio
The Brooklyn Nets looked absolutely lost during their first game against the Philadelphia 76ers in the series. It was a total repeat of how their regular season series turned out as the Philadelphia 76ers have now picked up five victories in five games against the Brooklyn Nets this season. Unless Brooklyn plays a lot better here in game number two I don’t see it getting much better for them as they will likely head home trailing Philadelphia by two games in the series. They will have to find a way to stop Joel Embiid and James Harden against a team loaded with so much talent and solid role players it is certainly not going to be easy for Brooklyn.
The Philadelphia 76ers looked absolutely incredible during the first game of the series against the Brooklyn Nets. The opening games of the NBA playoff certainly didn’t turn out like many people would’ve expected as they were several upsets of higher seeds. However, Philadelphia made sure that there would be no upset at home for them as they blew out the Brooklyn Nets, and they will be looking to repeat that performance here in the second game of the series as well. I expect exactly that as I think Philadelphia picked up another victory and covers the spread against Brooklyn here in this game on Monday evening.

Golden State Warriors @ Sacramento Kings – 10pm ET
Tony Battalio
The defending NBA champions have looked terrible on the road all season long, but they played their best game of the season away from home in game number one of the series against Sacramento. Unfortunately for Golden State they came up just short despite incredible performances from Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson on Saturday night. They will be looking to bounce back here in game number two and Curry and Thompson will have to replicate those performances from game one if they want to be competitive in this one. They will also have to find an answer for De’Aaron Fox on the defensive end of the court as well.
The Sacramento Kings have picked up their first playoff victory in over two decades after they defeated a competitive Golden State Warriors team in game number one at home. Despite the victory, it still needs to be said that several key pieces for Sacramento will have to step up and this one, and it cannot fall on the shoulders of De’Aaron Fox to replicate his game one performance. Keegan Murray is one of those guys that will have to step up and if he plays well on this one, Sacramento will likely grab a Second victory in this series and head back to San Francisco leading to games to zero over the defending champions. I don’t expect that to happen, however, as I think Golden State evens up the series here in game number two.
