West Ham vs Manchester United

Saturday, December 5, 12:30 pm (ET)

West Ham host Manchester United at the London Stadium, as the Hammers, look set to continue their impressive Premier League momentum and rise up the table once more.

They have been playing well under former United manager David Moyes, as the Hammers have been undefeated in their last three games, notching three successive wins over Fulham, Sheffield United, and Aston Villa.

Part of the reason why West Ham is in fifth place is that Moyes has backed players such as captain Declan Rice, Jarrod Bowen,  Sébastien Haller, Pablo Fornals, and Michail Antonio who have all been in great form.

In particular, Bowen who is the leading goalscorer for West Ham in the Premier League as he has scored four goals. Moyes has even sparked Aaron Cresswell to go further up the pitch as the defender his equal seventh in assists for the league as he notched three assists.

Meanwhile, it is a different story for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United, who are in ninth spot, but the good thing is they are only one point behind West Ham.

However, United’s confidence could be shot as they are coming off a 3-1 loss to Paris Saint Germain in the Champions League, and want to make amends for that defeat.

Despite the midweek defeat in the Champions League, United could also feel confident heading to the London Stadium given their away form. The Red Devils have notched up eight wins being on the road and have players such as Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard coming back from injury too.

Like West Ham, United have also hit a purple patch in their last three games which sees Gunnar Solskjaer’s side notching three successive wins, with their most recent come from behind win over Southampton defeating the Saints 3-2.

Premier League Prediction: Draw +250

Chelsea vs Leeds

Saturday, December 5, 3.00 pm (ET)

After 16 years, the Chelsea-Leeds rivalry is back up and running in the top flight of English football as the two sides meet at Stamford Bridge. While the rivalry itself is enriched with history, much of the talk would be between the two managers.

The last time Frank Lampard and Marcelo Bielsa met was in the Championship in 2019 when Lampard was managing Derby County and the two caused a stir especially among the media when the Leeds manager sent an employee to overlook Derby training session the incident was known as ‘Spygate’.

Lampard is sure to head into this clash the brighter as his Chelsea are the favorites (paying -200), especially after their midweek 4-0 win over Sevilla in the Champions League as Olivier Giroud scored all four goals, as they responded from their 0-0 draw against Tottenham last week.

Despite the Blues 0-0 draw with Tottenham last week, it has meant that Chelsea has not lost in their last five Premier League fixtures as they have drawn twice and won three times.

Meanwhile, Bielsa’s Leeds may find it hard to get something out of this as Chelsea have one of the best-attacking teams in the Premier League, as they are equal first in goals scored and have scored 22 goals.

Although Bielsa’s team love to play an attacking game style and did bag a 1-0 over Everton last week, it still may be difficult to find an opening in the Chelsea defense and they have only conceded just one goal in their last five Premier League games. They also lead the league with the most clean sheets with five.

Premier League Prediction: Chelsea win -200

Tottenham Hotspur vs Arsenal

Sunday, December 6, 11:30 am (ET)

This North London Derby certainly has a different feel to it compared to previous years, but it is headlined by how these two sides are going.

While Tottenham should get credit for their rapid improvement as they currently sit on top of the Premier League table, it is hard to get up and about when Arsenal have been lackluster this season.

Arsenal has dropped down to 14th in the league after they lost to Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-1. While they would want to make amends for the defeat it may be tricky as the Gunners have only bagged one win in their last five games and more importantly in their last three games they have suffered two losses and one draw.

To make matters worse for Gunners fans they have only managed to find the net just once in their last three Premier League games. The good news for Arsenal though, is that they are coming into this clash with heaps of confidence given their Europa League form as they defeated Rapid Wien 4-1.

However, it will be tricky for Arsenal as they face league leaders Tottenham who have been undefeated in their last five Premier League matches and in their last three Premier League games they have won twice and drawn once.

That one draw happened last week against Chelsea as they ended the match 0-0. While Tottenham are coming off a goalless stalemate draw, we expect Tottenham to overcome Arsenal.

Premier League Prediction: Tottenham win -106
