The 76ers came out on top in the last meeting 123-108 at Wells Fargo Center on March 2. Joel Embiid led the 76ers with 27 points, while James Harden played a key role with 26 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists. Barrett had 30 points and seven assists in defeat.
Brunson (18.4 ppg), Barrett (17.9), and Julius Randle (17.7) have led the Knicks in scoring this season. Randle also has grabbed 8.9 rebounds per game, while Brunson has dished 6.9 assists per game.
Embiid (27.2 ppg) and Maxey (24.2) have powered the Sixers’ offense. Embiid also has averaged 9.5 rebounds per game. Harden has distributed 10.0 assists per game. The 76ers are one of the most accurate teams from the field in the league, ranking second at 48.8%. The Knicks have struggled in recent games at Wells Fargo Center, losing nine of the last 10. New York has yet to taste victory away from Madison Square Garden this season.
