Landry Shamet and Deandre Ayton led the Suns with 21 points apiece, while Cameron Payne contributed 18 points, 12 assists, and six rebounds. Wendell Carter Jr. had 20 points and 12 rebounds in defeat.
Booker is averaging 27.5 points per game, best in the league, to lead the Suns in scoring this season. Meanwhile, Ayton is grabbing 7.6 rebounds per game, most in the NBA, and Chris Paul is dishing 9.4 assists (3rd).
Paolo Banchero has supplied much of the Magic’s offense, averaging 23.5 points per game. He is the No. 1 scorer in the NBA. Carter Jr. is collecting 9.4 rebounds per game, most in the NBA, and Wagner is distributing 4.7 assists (1st).
