The Los Angeles Lakers come into this game after stealing game number one at home in the bay area against the Golden State Warriors. Now they will be looking to pick up their second consecutive victory in this series and put Golden State in a hole before heading back home for the next two games. LeBron James continues to play well throughout the playoffs, and Anthony Davis has remained healthy, which is huge for the Lakers success. Their role players are stepping up when they need them too and the Lakers have a legitimate opportunity to get past the Warriors here in this series, if they continue to play well.
The Golden State Warriors will be looking to bounce back in game number two of the series against the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night at home. Steph Curry and Klay Thompson played well in game number one but they were unable to pick up the victory despite Los Angeles having several mistakes and nearly giving the game away a couple times. I look for Golden State to be a lot more effective in the second game of the series and pick up the victory over the Los Angeles Lakers to even up the series before heading back to LA for game three and four.
