Minnesota Timberwolves @ Charlotte Hornets – 5PM ET

Tony Battalio

The Minnesota Timberwolves are off to a fantastic start to the regular season, and they will be looking to keep the momentum rolling with a victory here on Saturday night on the road against the Charlotte Hornets. Minnesota has been one of the best teams in the Western Conference throughout the early part of the year and they will be looking to further extend that narrative with another quality performance here in this game against Charlotte. As they look to further add to the struggles of the Hornets throughout the early part of the season as well. Minnesota comes into this game with 14 victories through their first 18 games of the regular season and they will be looking to grab their 15th victory of the year here on Saturday night on the road in Charlotte. Minnesota comes into this game on a three game winning streak and as winners of four out of their last five but Anthony Edwards is a gametime decision in this one, which could throw a wrench in their plans to get the win.

It has been a rough start to the season for the Charlotte Hornets, and they will be looking to get things on track with a victory here at home on Saturday night against one of the top teams in the league. Charlotte comes into this game with a record of 6-11 through their first 17 games of the regular season and they will be looking for their seventh victory of the year here on Saturday night against the Minnesota Timberwolves. They come into this game with a little bit of momentum after picking up a victory over the Brooklyn Nets and their previous contest, and they will be looking to grab a second consecutive victory here on Saturday night against Minnesota. A victory for this game in Charlotte would be a huge momentum boost for the team as they look to get momentum going in the right direction throughout the month of December. Unfortunately for the Charlotte Hornets, I don’t see that happening as I look for Minnesota to come into their building and pick up the win here on Saturday night.

SportsTips’ NBA Pick:

Minnesota Timberwolves -6.5 (-105)

Orlando Magic @ Brooklyn Nets – 7PM ET

Tony Battalio

The Orlando Magic are having a quality start to the regular season and they will be looking to keep the momentum rolling here on Saturday night on the road against Brooklyn. This will be the second game of a back-to-back for the Orlando Magic after facing off with the Washington Wizards on Friday night, and they will be looking to wrap this back to back up on a happy note here on Saturday. Orlando comes into this game with 14 victories, through their first 19 games of the regular season as they have established themselves as one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference throughout the early part of the year. They will be looking to grab their 15th victory of the season and wrap up the weekend with a successful game against the Brooklyn Nets on the road here in this one. Orlando is hot at the moment. They will be looking to make up for their loss to Brooklyn earlier in the regular season as they look to grab another victory here in this game on Saturday.

The Brooklyn Nets have had a roller coaster start to the regular season, and they will be looking to grab some momentum with a victory over the Orlando Magic here on Saturday night at home. The last time these two teams met earlier this season Brooklyn picked up a 20 point victory over the Orlando Magic and they will be looking to replicate that performance here at home on Saturday night as Orlando comes into this game with a lot more momentum this time around. Brooklyn comes into this game right at the .500 mark through their first 18 games of the regular season and they will be looking for their 10th win of the year here on Saturday night in front of their home fans. They will be looking to get back on track after they dropped a game at home to the Charlotte Hornets and their previous contest and they will be looking to get things going in the right direction again with a successful victory here in this one on Saturday. Unfortunately for Brooklyn I don’t see that happening as I look for the Orlando Magic to grab the win here in New York City on Saturday night.

SportsTips’ NBA Pick:

Orlando Magic (+115)

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Detroit Pistons – 7PM ET

Tony Battalio

It has been an up-and-down start to the season for the Cleveland Cavaliers after they came into the year with so many expectations of being a top team in the Eastern Conference. They are coming off of an embarrassing loss of Portland and their previous game and that is one of those games you cannot afford to lose despite the fact that it is early on in the year. They will play another one of those games here on Saturday night when they hit the road to play the Detroit Pistons as they look to get things going in the right direction once again. Cleveland comes into this game with 10 victories through their first 19 games of the season as they are hovering one game above the .500 mark heading into Saturday’s game against Detroit. Cleveland will be looking to pick up their 11th victory of the season and grab a huge divisional victory against the Pistons here in this one on the road. The last time these two teams met in Cleveland, it was the Cavaliers that came out on top and they will be looking for their second victory against Detroit here in this one.

The Detroit Pistons are having an absolutely awful start to the regular season as they currently find themselves on a lengthy losing streak. Detroit currently finds themselves on pace to go down as one of the worst single-season teams in the history of the league, as they come into this game with only a couple of victories, through their first nineteen games of the regular season. It is going to be a very long season for the Detroit Pistons and if the beginning of this year is any indication of how the future will go they are a long way away from being a competitive basketball team once again. They are having a hard time closing out games down the stretch when they do find themselves and close games but the majority of the time they have been completely outmatched and they end up on the wrong side of a blowout. They will be looking to grab a victory over Cleveland here on Saturday night to finally snap that long losing streak in front of their home fans. Unfortunately for Detroit I don’t see that happening as I look for Cleveland to grab the win here in this one.

Cleveland Cavs -8.5 (-110)

New Orleans Pelicans @ Chicago Bulls – 8PM ET

Tony Battalio

It has been an up-and-down start to the season for the New Orleans Pelicans, and they will be looking to pick up a solid victory on the road in Chicago here on Saturday night. New Orleans is one of those teams that has a lot of star power on their roster, but they have been unable to remain healthy and consistent throughout the early part of the year and it has put them in a weird position heading into the month of December. They will be looking to get things going in the right direction with a victory here on Saturday night in Chicago as they look for a huge momentum boost as they look to further establish themselves as a playoff team in the Western Conference this season. New Orleans comes into this game with 11 victories through their first 20 games of the regular season and they will be looking for their 12th victory of the year here on Saturday in the Windy City. They come into this game with a little bit of momentum, after beating the Philadelphia 76ers in their previous contest.

It has been a rough start to the season for the Chicago Bulls and rumors are swirling that they will be looking to trade their two superstars DeMar DeRozan, Zach LaVine prior to the trade deadline. Chicago comes into this game with 14 losses through their first 20 games of the regular season and they will be searching for their seventh victory of the year here on Saturday night at home against New Orleans. Injuries and inconsistency have caught up with the Chicago Bulls throughout the early part of the year and they will be looking to get things back on track and going in the right direction heading into the month of December. Chicago will likely be without both of their superstars in this game on Saturday night, but they do come into this game with a little bit of momentum after picking up a win over the Milwaukee Bucks and their previous contest. Unfortunately for Chicago I don’t see the magic lasting for them as I look for New Orleans Pelicans to come into Chicago and pick up the victory here on Saturday night.

SportsTips’ NBA Pick:

NO Pelicans -3.5 (-115)

Oklahoma City Thunder @ Dallas Mavericks – 9PM ET

Tony Battalio

It has been a solid start to the regular season for Oklahoma City and they will be looking to keep the momentum rolling when they hit the road and go to Dallas here on Saturday night. Oklahoma City has the perfect mixture of young players and seasoned veterans to leave this team well into the future and so far it is paying off for them throughout the early part of the regular season. Oklahoma City comes into this game with 12 victories through their first 18 games of the regular season and they will be looking for their 13th one of the year here on Saturday night against the Mavericks. They come into this game with some momentum after picking up a victory over the Los Angeles Lakers in their previous game. Oklahoma City comes into this game sitting in third in the standings, and Dallas is currently sitting in fourth. They will be looking to put some distance between them and Dallas in the Western Conference standings with a victory here in this one.

The Dallas Mavericks are having a successful start to the regular season, but they will be without Luka Doncic this game on Saturday night and they will be at a disadvantage against the Oklahoma City Thunder because of that. Dallas will be looking to get the job done without their superstar shooting guard in the lineup here on Saturday night at home against a young Oklahoma City team. As they look to keep the momentum rolling early on the regular season. Dallas comes into this game with 11 victories through their first 18 games of the regular season and they will be looking for their 12th victory of the year here on Saturday night at home against Oklahoma City. This will be the second game of a back-to-back for the Dallas Mavericks, and they will be looking to wrap up this back to back on a positive note here in this one. Unfortunately for Dallas I don’t see that one happening as I look for Oklahoma City to grab the one on the road without Doncic in this game.

SportsTips’ NBA Pick:

OKC Thunder -3.5 (-110)
