The Los Angeles Angels (14-12) take one of the highest-scoring lineups in MLB on the road to face the Milwaukee Brewers (16-9) and Wade Miley, one of this season’s stingiest pitchers, at American Family Field on Friday for the opener of a three-game Interleague series.

The Angels are playing their first of six games on the road after closing out a productive seven-game homestand (5-2). They won three out of four in their last series against the Athletics, taking the finale 8-7 on Thursday at Angel Stadium of Anaheim.

Brandon Drury was 2 for 2 with a home run and a double. He had three RBIs. Shohei Ohtani went 3 for 5 with a triple and a double. He scored two runs and drove in one. The Brewers are kicking off the final series of their nine-game homestand.

They lost two of three against the Tigers in their last series, taking the finale 6-2 on Wednesday at American Family Field. Joey Wiemer went 2 for 4 with a solo home run and a double. Victor Caratini added a home run and two RBIs.
