The Los Angeles Dodgers (37-29), one of the best offenses in MLB, are set to host the Chicago White Sox (29-38) at Dodger Stadium on Tuesday for the opener of a three-game Interleague series.
The White Sox are kicking off a six-game road trip. They won only one out of three in their last series against the Marlins, dropping the finale 6-5 on Sunday at Guaranteed Rate Field. Luis Robert Jr. was 2 for 4 with a home run and a double. He drove in two runs.
The Dodgers are back home for a six-game homestand after returning from a tough six-game road trip (2-4). They lost two of three against the Phillies in their last series, dropping the finale 7-3 on Sunday at Citizens Bank Park.
Freddie Freeman went 2 for 4 with a solo home run. The teams are meeting for the first time this season. Last season, the Dodgers won two of the three games between the teams.
