In game one of the series it was the Mets who got the win. Now they will be looking to clinch a share of the series in this one.

The New York Mets will be coming into this game after picking up a huge victory in game one of the series on Friday evening. Now they will be looking to clinch at least a share of the series here in game two and potentially win the entire thing if they sweep Saturday’s doubleheader against the Philadelphia Phillies. They have dominated the Phillies this season as they have now won 12 of the 16 games they have played against them this year. New York comes into this game with 77 wins through the first 120 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season.

The Philadelphia Phillies suffered yet another loss to the New York Mets on Friday night and now they will be looking to bounce back in game one of this doubleheader on Saturday afternoon. Philadelphia has had their hands full with the Mets this season and they will be very happy to be done with them after Sunday’s game but they are hoping they can scrape together some wins before they depart for the year. The Phillies certainly could use the victories as they come into this game 12 games above the .500 mark and in the hunt for a National League wildcard spot.

The Los Angeles Angels and Detroit Tigers will be playing the second game of their three game weekend series in this one. In game number one it was the Angels who got the win. Now they will be looking to clinch the series in game number two.

The Milwaukee Brewers and Chicago Cubs will be playing the second game of their three game weekend series in this one. In game number one it was the Cubs who got the win. Now they will be looking to clinch the series in game number two.

The Milwaukee Brewers scored seven runs in game one of this series but they gave up eight in what was a huge offensive shootout in game one of this three game National League Central division weekend series. Now they will be looking to bounce back in game number two of the series as they come into this one looking to even up the series before Sunday’s series finale. They come into this game with a record of 63-55 through their first 118 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. 

The Chicago Cubs are coming into this game after a huge win in game one of this three game weekend series. They will be looking to grab the series victory with another win in game two of the series as well. The Cubs are having a rough season so far as they come into game two of this series with a record of 51-67 through their first 118 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. However, I have them losing game two of this series to the Milwaukee Brewers. 

Chicago White Sox @ Cleveland Guardians – 6:10PM ET

The Chicago White Sox and Cleveland Guardians will be playing the second game of their three game weekend series in this one. In game number one it was the Guardians who got the win. Now they will be looking to clinch the series in game number two.

They will need to bounce back after their huge loss in game one if they want to keep the division race tight.

They are currently in first place in the American League Central division. They have won seven out of their last ten games on the season as they come into this game on a two game winning streak at the moment. They are the youngest team in baseball and they have been performing way above their expectations this season. 

Houston Astros @ Atlanta Braves – 7:15PM ET

The Houston Astros and Atlanta Braves will be playing the second game of their three game weekend series in this one. In game number one it was the Braves who got the win. Now they will be looking to clinch the series in game number two.

They will be looking to wrap up the series here in game two of this series as they look to get another win over the same team that they beat in the 2021 World Series. The Braves come into this game with a record of 74-47 through their first 121 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. They have won nine out of their last ten games on the season and come into this game on a two game winning streak.
