The No. 13 Arkansas Razorbacks (11-2, 0-1 SEC) and their tremendous defense host the No. 20 Missouri Tigers (12-1, 1-0 SEC) and their great offense on Wednesday. Missouri beat the Kentucky Wildcats 89-75 at Mizzou Arena on Wednesday, their third consecutive win.
Kobe Brown was a top performer with 30 points. Arkansas lost a close one on Wednesday at Pete Maravich Assembly Center, falling to the LSU Tigers 60-57. Davonte Davis had 16 points to lead the team in scoring in the losing effort. With 8 points, 12 rebounds, and three blocks, Makhi Mitchell also played a part.
This is the only meeting of the season between the teams. Arkansas won both matchups between the teams last season, the last of which was a 76-57 triumph at Mizzou Arena in February 2022, their fourth straight head-to-head victory. Stanley Umude led the Razorbacks with 23 points. Javon Pickett had 13 points in defeat.
The Tigers have been led this season by D’Moi Hodge and Brown, who are averaging 16.5 and 15.6 points per game, respectively. Brown also has grabbed 5.7 rebounds per game. Meanwhile, Nick Honor is dishing 3.6 assists per game. Ricky Council IV (17.9 ppg) has supplied much of the Razorbacks’ offense.
