The Sacramento Kings (3-6, 1-3 Home) will try to slow down one of the league’s top scoring teams when they welcome the Cleveland Cavaliers (8-2, 4-2 Away) on Wednesday. Cleveland was narrowly defeated by the Los Angeles Clippers 119-117 at Crypto.com Arena on Monday.

The teams are meeting for the first time this season. Cleveland won both games between the teams last season, the last of which was a 109-108 triumph at Golden 1 Center on January 10. Jarrett Allen led the Cavaliers with 18 points and 17 rebounds. Tyrese Haliburton had 21 points in the losing effort. Mitchell is averaging 31.2 points per game, fourth-highest in the league, to lead the Cavs in scoring this season.
Mitchell also has dished 6.0 assists per game. Meanwhile, Allen is grabbing 12.2 rebounds. Fox (26.5 ppg) has been the primary provider of the Kings’ offense. Domantas Sabonis is tallying 11.0 rebounds, eighth-most in the league, and 6.1 assists per game. The Cavaliers rank as one of the highest-scoring offenses in the league, fifth-best with 116.3 points per game.
