The Knicks are the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference. The teams are meeting for the last time this season. Milwaukee will be seeking a season sweep against New York after triumphing in both of their previous meetings, the most recent of which was a 109-103 victory at Madison Square Garden in November 2022, their fifth straight head-to-head victory.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 37 points, 13 rebounds, and seven assists. RJ Barrett had 26 points in the losing effort. Antetokounmpo is averaging 32.0 points per game, third-highest in the NBA, to lead the Bucks in scoring this season. Antetokounmpo also has grabbed 11.8 rebounds per game, third-most in the league.
Meanwhile, Jrue Holiday is dishing 7.1 assists. Randle (24.4 ppg) and Jalen Brunson (20.9) have supplied much of the Knicks’ offense. Randle also has posted 10.0 rebounds per game, 10th-most in the league, while Brunson has tallied 6.6 assists per game.
