The Heat are the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference. Milwaukee won their sixth in a row in a close one on Thursday at Fiserv Forum, beating the Los Angeles Clippers 106-105. Giannis Antetokounmpo had 54 points and 19 rebounds, carrying the team.
The Bucks are the second seed in the Eastern Conference, two games behind the Boston Celtics. The teams are meeting for the final time this season. Miami will be aiming for a season sweep against Milwaukee after taking both of their earlier games, the last of which was a 111-95 victory at FTX Arena on January 14.
Gabe Vincent led the Heat with 27 points and five steals. Bobby Portis had 15 points and seven rebounds in the losing effort. The Heat have been led this season by Jimmy Butler (21.7 ppg), Adebayo (21.6), and Tyler Herro (20.3).
Adebayo also has grabbed 10.0 rebounds per game. Meanwhile, Kyle Lowry is dishing 5.3 assists per game. Antetokounmpo (32.3 ppg) has been the primary provider for the Bucks on offense. He has the third-best scoring average in the NBA.
Antetokounmpo also has collected 12.3 rebounds per game, most in the league. Jrue Holiday has recorded 7.2 assists per game. The Heat and the Bucks are two of the stingiest defenses in the league, ranking third and fourth in defensive efficiency, respectively. The Heat are 1-7 in eight trips to Fiserv Forum.
