They will be looking to get things turned around with a quality victory on the road against Orlando in this tournament game on Tuesday night. The Raptors come into this game hovering below .500 with a losing record through their first thirteen games of the regular season. They will be searching for their seventh victory of the season here on Tuesday night on the road in Orlando as they also look to get a tournament victory in the process in advance in the NBA cup into the knockout stages. As a loss for Toronto in this game would likely eliminate them for any chances of advancing into the further rounds. 

The Orlando Magic come into this game young and hungry, and they are off to a quality start to the regular season. They will be looking to keep the momentum rolling here in this one on Tuesday night against the Toronto Raptors at home, as they look to further establish themselves as a contender within the Eastern Conference. Orlando comes into this game with eight victories through their first thirteen games of the regular season, and they will be looking for their ninth win of the season here on Tuesday night at home. Orlando comes into this game with plenty of momentum after they picked up three consecutive victories on the road and they have won four out of their last five as well. They will be looking for a fourth consecutive victory here on Tuesday night, and their fifth win in their last six games in the process. That is exactly what I expect, as I look for the Orlando Magic to take the victory in this one against Toronto.

Indiana Pacers @ Atlanta Hawks – 7:30pm ET

The Indiana Pacers are off to a quality start this season and they will be looking to keep the momentum rolling here on Tuesday night in Atlanta in this tournament matchup. The playoff point guard Tyrese Haliburton has led them to being in one of the top teams in the conference throughout the early part of the regular season, and he will look to continue leading this team to victories with another huge performance in this one as well. His success on the court has directly contributed to the early season success of the Indiana Pacers and while he continues to establish himself as the best point guard in the league he will continue to thrive on the scoreboard. Indiana comes into this game with seven victories through their first 12 games of the season and they will be looking for their eighth one of the year here on Tuesday night in Atlanta. They will also be looking to rebound from their loss to the Orlando Magic in their previous game and get back into the win column on the road.

The Atlanta Hawks come into this game sitting exactly at .500 through their first 12 games of the regular season and they will be looking for their seventh victory of the season here on Tuesday night at home. They had a very slow start throughout their first couple of games to the year and it put them behind the eight ball a little bit coming into this one. They will be looking to continue building up momentum by grabbing a quality tournament victory here tonight at home against the Indiana Pacers as Atlanta looks to establish themselves as a playoff team this season. They will be looking to snap a two game losing streak after back-to-back losses to the Philadelphia 76ers and the New York Knicks on their home floor as they look to reestablish their home court advantage with a quality victory here against Indiana on Tuesday night. Unfortunately for the Atlanta Hawks, I don’t see that happening as I look for the Indiana Pacers to come into their building and pick up a victory on the road here on Tuesday.

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Philadelphia 76ers – 7:30pm ET

The Cleveland Cavaliers have built up a little bit of momentum coming into this game and they will be looking to further add to that momentum with a quality victory here on Tuesday night in Philadelphia. Cleveland is coming off of a victory without Donovan Mitchell in the lineup against the defending NBA champions, and they will be looking for another victory over another top-tier team in the league here on Tuesday in this tournament game on the road. Cleveland had high expectations coming into the season, but they have struggled throughout the early part of the year, but they now seem to have their ducks in a row and they are starting to build up steam throughout the month of November. They come into this game one game above the .500 mark through their first 13 games of the season and they will be looking for their eighth victory of the season here on Tuesday night in Philadelphia.

The Philadelphia 76ers are off to an incredible start to the regular season, and they will be looking to keep them a minimum rolling with another victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers here on Tuesday night. After all the drama surrounding the Philadelphia 76ers throughout the off-season, and the early part of this season, they have picked up where they left off even without James Harden on the roster. Philadelphia has already picked up double digit wins before the month of November has ended and they come into this game. Looking to add to their win total with a victory over a fellow playoff team in the Eastern Conference here on Tuesday night at home. They won’t be facing off against a Cleveland team that appears to be pretty banged up as guys like Donovan Mitchell are gametime decisions for this one. Which is why I look for Philadelphia to pick up a solid victory at home over Cleveland in comfortable fashion.

Portland Trail Blazers @ Phoenix Suns – 9pm ET

Portland is off to a relatively rough start in the first part of the post Damian Lillard era, and they will be looking to get things turned around with a huge momentum boosting victory here on Tuesday night. This will be a massive step in the right direction for the Portland team if they could come to Phoenix and grab a win in this tournament game over the Phoenix Suns. They are still struggling in the wake of the exit of their longtime superstar, but the future does seem bright as a couple key players have stepped up and shown the ability to lead this franchise into the future. Guys like Jerami Grant and Shaedon Sharpe have stepped up and established themselves as a potential future star for this Portland team and they will be looking to build on that with a quality performance here on Tuesday night against the Phoenix Suns on the road in the desert. 

Phoenix comes into this game looking to get a quality victory at home in this tournament matchup against Portland as they look to get the momentum rolling early on in the regular season. This is a Phoenix Suns team that has plenty of potential as long as they remain healthy and consistent throughout the year, which is something they’ve struggled with throughout the early part of the regular season. As Devin Booker and Bradley Beal have both missed time for dealing with injuries, so it has been left up to Kevin Durant to lead this team to victories throughout the first month and a half of the regular season. Phoenix comes into this game with seven victories through their first 13 games of the season and they will be looking for their eighth victory of the year here on Tuesday night at home. Not only do I look for the Phoenix Suns to pick up the victory in this game over Portland but I also look for them to cover the spread in the process in this tournament matchup.

Utah Jazz @ Los Angeles Lakers – 10pm ET

The Utah Jazz come into this game looking for a massive momentum boosting victory on the road in Los Angeles here on Tuesday night in this tournament matchup. Utah came into the season with plenty of expectations and they have not been living up to those expectations throughout the early part of the regular season. They will be looking to get things turned around with a quality performance here in this one on Tuesday night in Los Angeles as they look for a statement victory early on in the year. They will be looking to finish off the month of November on a strong note and get things rolling in the right direction heading into the final month of 2023 and it starts with recording a solid performance in this game against Los Angeles on Tuesday. Utah comes into this game with nine losses in their first thirteen games of the season and they will be searching for their fifth victory here on Tuesday night against the Lakers and they desperately need it to get things turned around on the season. 

The Los Angeles Lakers come into this game looking to continue their solid start to the season with a victory here at home on Tuesday night against Utah. A fully healthy Los Angeles Lakers team is one of the most dangerous teams in the Western Conference this season, but they have dealt with injury issues throughout the early part of the year. They come into this game sitting above .500 through their first 14 games of the season and they will be looking for their ninth victory of the season here on Tuesday night in this tournament matchup. They should be fully healthy and ready to go for this one against the Utah Jazz as both Anthony Davis and LeBron James are expected to be in the starting lineup for this game at home. They have built up some momentum as of late as they come into this game as winners of four out of their last five and they are currently on a two game winning streak as well. I expect them to grab a third consecutive victory here on Tuesday night against the Utah Jazz in this tournament game.
