Milwaukee Bucks @ Orlando Magic – 6pm ET

Tony Battalio

It has been a pretty decent start of the season for the Milwaukee Bucks, but they have had their fair share of ups and downs through their first handful of games this year. They will be looking to build some more consistency and it starts with grabbing a victory on the road in Orlando here on Saturday night as Milwaukee looks to get back into the win column after losing their previous game. Milwaukee comes into this game with five victories, through their first eight games of the season, and they will be looking to get their sixth victory and avoid starting a losing streak with a quality performance here on Saturday night against a young and hungry Orlando Magics team. There is a possibility that they will be without Damian Lillard in this game as he is currently listed as a gametime decision, and he missed their previous game as well. So more responsibility will have to fall upon Giannis Antetokounmpo to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a victory in this one. Milwaukee comes into this game. Looking to get their second road victory of the season in their first four opportunities.

The Orlando Magic come into this game off somewhat of a decent start this season, considering the circumstances of how young their roster is. They will be looking for an early season statement victory with a quality performance here on Saturday night at home against the Milwaukee Bucks as they look to grab a massive momentum boosting win. Orlando has split their first eight games on the season as they come into this game with four victories to their name and they will be looking for their fifth victory of the season here on Saturday night at home against Milwaukee. They are currently on a two game losing streak after dropping back-to-back games to the Dallas Mavericks and the Atlanta Hawks, but they came up just short against Atlanta and Mexico City on Thursday night. They will be hoping to recover from that and snap this game losing streak with a victory over Milwaukee here in this one, but they will have to play a pretty solid and efficient game of basketball to get the job done. Unfortunately for Orlando I don’t see that happening as I look for Milwaukee to pick up the victory on the road.

Toronto Raptors @ Boston Celtics – 7pm ET

Tony Battalio

The Toronto Raptors come into this game looking to pick up a solid early-season victory on the road at TD Garden against the Boston Celtics here on Saturday night. For several years, the Toronto Raptors were one of the top teams within the Eastern Conference, and now over the last couple of years that has changed dramatically, and they find themselves towards the bottom of the standings. Toronto is off to a pretty average start of the season as they come into this game after splitting their first eight games of the year and they will be looking for their fifth victory of the season here on Saturday night on the road in Boston. This will be the third game of their road trip and they have picked up a pair of victories along the way in the first two after grabbing back-to-back wins over the San Antonio Spurs and the Dallas Mavericks in the state of Texas. They will be looking for a third consecutive victory in their third game with another quality performance here on Saturday night.

The Boston Celtics are off to a pretty successful start this season, and they will be looking to keep the momentum rolling with a victory here at home on Saturday night against their Atlantic division rivals. Boston has been the top team in the Eastern Conference for the last several seasons, but they have been unable to accomplish their ultimate goal of winning an NBA championship. He will be looking to remain healthy and consistent throughout the regular season and build up tons of momentum as well and it starts with grabbing a victory here, and this one at home against Toronto on Saturday night. This will be the second game of a back-to-back for the Boston Celtics after facing off with the Brooklyn Nets on Friday night in NBA season tournament group play action. Boston will be looking to end this back to back on a positive note and that is exactly what I expect as I look for the Boston Celtics to pick up the victory over the Toronto Raptors here on Saturday night at TD Garden in front of their home fans.

SportsTips’ NBA Pick:

Boston Celtics -8.5 (-105)

Miami Heat @ Atlanta Hawks – 7:30pm ET

Tony Battalio

It has been somewhat of a rough start of the season for the Miami Heat, and they will be looking to turn things around with a victory here on Saturday night against their Southeast division rivals, the Atlanta Hawks. Miami is a team that came into the year with plenty of expectations, but they also lost a ton of key pieces over the off-season and they will be looking to replace those pieces throughout the regular season but so far it hasn’t quite worked out for Miami throughout the early part of the year. Miami comes into this game after splitting their first eight games of the season and they will be looking for their fifth victory of the season in this crucial early season matchup here on Saturday night on the road in Atlanta. They have been building up plenty of momentum as of late as they have picked up three victories in a row coming into this game on Saturday night and they will be looking for a fourth consecutive victory over the Atlanta Hawks here in this one.

The Atlanta Hawks come into this game looking to cool off the Miami Heat and end their three game winning streak as well as pick up an early season victory of their own. It has been somewhat of a decent start of the season for the Atlanta Hawks as well, and they will be looking to keep the momentum rolling with a quality performance here on Saturday night at home against their division rivals. Atlanta comes into this game as winners of five out of their first eight games of the season and they will be looking for their sixth victory of the year here on Saturday night against the Miami Heat. Atlanta comes into this game as winners of four out of their last five games on the season as they are coming off of a close victory against Orlando in Mexico City on Thursday night. I expect them to grab their second victory in a row here on Saturday night at home against Miami as well as they look to keep the hot start to their season going.

SportsTips’ NBA Pick:

Atlanta Hawks (-175)

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Golden State Warriors – 8:30pm ET

Tony Battalio

The Cleveland Cavaliers are having a rough start to the season after coming into the year with plenty of expectations. They had a ton of expectations setting into last year’s postseason as well but as we saw they were bounced in the first round, and they have not quite recovered from that throughout the early part of this season either. They come into this game as losers of five out of their first eight games on the season, and they will be looking for a huge victory over Golden State on the road here on Saturday night in California as they look for their fourth win of the year. Just about a week ago, they picked up a victory against Golden State at home and they will be looking for their second victory against the Warriors in their final game against them this season pending the results of the NBA in-season tournament as well. Donovan Mitchell will lead Cleveland in this one if they want to get their season back on track with a crucial victory here on Saturday night away from home.

The Golden State Warriors are off to a pretty decent start this season, and they will be looking to keep the momentum rolling here on Saturday night at home against the Cleveland Cavaliers. This is a team that Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green have had plenty of success against throughout their careers, and with Draymond potentially missing this game, more responsibility will fall on the shoulders of the splash brothers. We have seen time and time again that they are more than capable of handling even the most adverse of situations, and they will be looking for a solid victory here on Saturday night at home and one of the toughest environments in the league. Golden State is also a very tough team to beat at home and they have had plenty of success against Cleveland there in the past and they will be looking to even up the season series against the Cavaliers with a victory here on Saturday. That is exactly what I expect as I look for Golden State to pick up the win here in this one against Cleveland.
