It has been a fantastic start to the regular season for the Orlando Magic as they have been one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference throughout the early part of the year. This game on Friday night on the road at TD Garden in Boston will be a huge measuring stick game for the Orlando Magic as they look to further establish themselves as a legitimate contender in the NBA this season. Orlando comes into this game with one of the best records in the league as they have picked up 16 victories through their first 23 games of the regular season. They will look for a huge statement victory on the road in Boston against the Celtics team that is undefeated at home with a quality performance here in this game on Friday night. The Orlando Magic come into this game with plenty of momentum as they currently find themselves on a two game win streak after back-to-back wins against Cleveland and Detroit.

The Boston Celtics have been absolutely incredible throughout the early part of the regular season, and they are one of the best teams in the NBA this year as well. They have already played 13 home games this season and through those 13 home games they are undefeated and they will look for a 14th consecutive victory here at home on Friday night against the Orlando Magic. Boston comes into this game with 18 victories through their first 23 games of the regular season and they will look for their 19th one of the year here on Friday night against this solid Orlando team. Two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference battle out here at TD Garden in Boston on Friday night, and both of them have plenty of momentum coming into this game. In the end I look for the Boston Celtics to once again defend their home court and remain undefeated at home with another victory over there. Orlando magic here on Friday night.

Los Angeles Lakers @ San Antonio Spurs – 7:30PM ET

The Los Angeles Lakers will be looking to pick up their second consecutive victory over the San Antonio Spurs here on Friday night in San Antonio. Despite a couple of their superstars missing time throughout the early part of the regular season dealing with injuries, the Los Angeles Lakers are still off to a rather quality start to the regular season. They come into this game to keep the momentum rolling throughout the weekend with a second consecutive victory over San Antonio as they look too further establish themselves as the favorites to win the NBA championship this season. Los Angeles comes into this game with 15 wins through their first 25 games of the regular season and they will look for their 16th win of the year and a second consecutive victory over San Antonio here on Friday night. Los Angeles comes into this fight with plenty of momentum as they have picked up four victories in their last five games on the season.

The San Antonio Spurs are in the middle of an awful season and they come into this game looking to break a lengthy losing streak here on Friday night at home against the Los Angeles Lakers. They will also be looking to bounce back from their loss and their previous game to the Los Angeles Lakers as they fell short and lost by three at home earlier this week. They will look to get revenge for that loss as well as break out of the current slump they are currently in with a much-needed victory here on Friday night against one of the premier teams in the league this season. San Antonio comes into this game with 20 losses through their first 23 games of the regular season as they are on a very long losing streak at the moment and there seems to be no end in sight for this young Spurs team. Unfortunately for San Antonio I don’t look for things to get any better for them anytime soon as they look for the Los Angeles Lakers to pick up the win on the road here on Friday night.

Atlanta Hawks @ Toronto Raptors – 7:30PM ET

It has been a roller coaster start to the regular season for the Atlanta Hawks and they will look to bounce back from their loss to the Toronto Raptors on the road in Canada from earlier this week. A victory  in this game would be a huge momentum boost for the Atlanta Hawks as it looked to get some momentum buildup throughout the rest of December and heading into the new year. Atlanta comes into this game five games below the .500 mark through their first 23 games of the regular season and they will look to break through the double digit barrier with a quality performance here on Friday night in Toronto. Atlanta currently finds themselves on a lengthy losing streak, and they will need to find a way to snap out of this losing streak if they want to remain competitive throughout the rest of December. They have lost their last five games in a row and seven out of their last 10 on the season and they will look to bounce back and pick up their first victory in over two weeks with a quality performance here against Toronto.

The Toronto Raptors will be looking for their second consecutive victory against the Atlanta Hawks with a quality performance in this game on Friday night at home. Their victory earlier this week against the Atlanta Hawks was a much-needed momentum boost early on in the regular season as they look to get things rolling in the right direction heading into the second half of December. Now they will be looking for their second consecutive victory of the season here on Friday night against the Atlanta Hawks as they look to beat them for the second time in a row and put themselves back on track to become competitive throughout the second half of December and all of 2024 as well. Toronto comes into this game with 10 victories through their first 24 games of the season as they are currently four games below .500. However, I do look for them to pick up a second consecutive victory against the Atlanta Hawks here in this game on Friday night at home.

Houston Rockets @ Memphis Grizzlies – 8PM ET

It has been a solid start to the season for the Houston Rockets and they will look to maintain that momentum throughout this game on Friday night on the road in Memphis. Houston’s rebuilding process has paid off for them and now they look to be one of the top contenders in the league this season and they will likely be headed for a playoff spot at the end of the regular season as well. They will need to remain healthy and consistent throughout the year to accomplish that goal and so far neither of those things have been a problem for the Houston Rockets heading into this game on Friday night against the Grizzlies. Houston comes into this game with 12 victories through their first 21 games of the regular season and they will look for their 13th one of the year here on Friday night against a struggling Memphis team on the road. Winning away from home is something that has been hard for them this season as they are one and eight through their first nine games on the road and a victory in this game would go a long way in helping them build up some momentum.

The Memphis Grizzlies have looked absolutely awful without Ja Morant in the lineup throughout the early part of the regular season. They will look to grab a much-needed victory here on Friday night at home against the Houston Rockets, as they look to further add to the struggles of Houston on the road this season. Memphis comes into this game with 17 losses through their first 23 games of the regular season and if things don’t turn around quickly, they will be out of playoff contention by the time Ja Morant returns to the team. They are currently on a three game losing streak, and they have lost seven out of their last 10 on the year and they also have a losing record at home which is something they will be looking to change throughout the rest of December. However, I don’t look for things to get much better for them at the moment as I look for them to lose their fourth consecutive game here on Friday night against the Houston Rockets at home.

New York Knicks @ Phoenix Suns – 10PM ET

It’s been a respectable start to the regular season of the New York Knicks and they will look to grab a crucial victory on the road in Phoenix here on Friday night. The New York Knicks established themselves as a potential contender last season, and they will look to further establish themselves as a legitimate contender this season, and a victory in this game would help them accomplish that goal. The New York Knicks come into this game with 13 victories to their first 23 games of the regular season and they will look for their 14th one of the year here on Friday night on the road in the desert against the Phoenix Suns. New York will be looking to grab their first victory of this road trip after falling short on the road in Salt Lake City in their previous game and they will look to bounce back and get right back into the win column here on Friday night.

The Phoenix Suns have the potential to be one of the best teams in the league this season, if they can remain healthy and consistent throughout the year. That has been a problem for Phoenix throughout the early part of the year, as they have been injured and inconsistent throughout the early part of the season. They will be looking to turn things around and grab a massive momentum boosting victory here on Friday night at home as they host the New York Knicks in this game. Phoenix comes into this game hovering around the .500 mark through their first 24 games of the regular season and they will look for their 14th victory of the year here on Friday night against New York. They will look to bounce back after losing to the Brooklyn Nets in their previous game and that is exactly what I expect as I look for Phoenix to grab the win here on Friday night at home against the other New York team when they host the Knicks.
