Charlotte lost on Saturday at Spectrum Center, falling to the Milwaukee Bucks 105-96. Terry Rozier topped the scoresheet in the loss with 26 points. With 13 points, 11 rebounds, and three assists, Mason Plumlee also played a part. The Hornets are the 13th seed in the Eastern Conference.
The teams are meeting for the first time this season. Los Angeles won both matchups between the teams last season, the last of which was a 115-90 triumph at Spectrum Center on January 30, their eighth straight head-to-head victory. Reggie Jackson led the Clippers with 19 points. LaMelo Ball had 23 points and 10 assists in the losing effort.
Norman Powell (14.8 ppg), Marcus Morris Sr. (13.7), and John Wall (12.8) are leading the Clips in scoring this season. Powell leads the NBA in scoring.
