Siakam had 29 points, 10 assists, and nine rebounds in the losing effort. Siakam is averaging 24.2 points per game to lead the Raptors in scoring this season. Siakam also has grabbed 7.9 rebounds per game. Meanwhile, Fred VanVleet is dishing 7.2 assists.
Jayson Tatum (30.2 ppg) and Brown (26.7) have powered the Celts on offense. Tatum ranks sixth in the NBA in scoring, while Brown is eighth. Tatum also has averaged 8.8 rebounds per game. Marcus Smart has recorded 6.3 assists per game.
With 118.1 points per game, the Celtics are one of the highest-scoring offenses in the league (2nd). The Raptors have had little success at TD Garden in recent seasons, losing eight of the last 10 visits. Boston is seeking a fifth successive home win this season.
