The Miami Marlins (41-31), one of the lowest-scoring offenses in the league, are set to host the Toronto Blue Jays (39-34) at loanDepot Park on Monday for the opener of a three-game Interleague series. The Blue Jays are kicking off the final series of their nine-game road trip.

The Marlins are back home for a seven-game homestand after finishing up a productive nine-game road trip (6-3). They are coming off a three-game sweep of the Nationals, taking the finale 4-2 on Sunday at Nationals Park for their fourth straight win.
Nick Fortes went 2 for 3 with one run and one RBI. The teams are meeting for the first time since June 23, 2021, when the Blue Jays finished off a two-game series sweep with a 3-1 victory at loanDepot Park.
