Texas used another offensive outburst to grab a victory in the fourth game of the World Series and now they are one win away from clinching their first World Series in franchise history. They have looked tremendous throughout three of the first four games of this series, outside of game two they have not lost focus on their ultimate goal of winning a world championship this season. They are now on the doorstep of doing so in another victory here on Wednesday night in Arizona would accomplish that and Texas would finally be crowned world champions. They will be looking to get a quality performance out of Nathan Eovaldi in this game as he shut the door on this series here on Wednesday night at Chase Field.
The Arizona Diamondbacks now have their backs against the wall, and they must win the remaining three games of this series if they want to win the World Series. This is somewhat the same situation that they faced throughout their previous series against Philadelphia, as they were in, must win situations throughout the remainder of the series from game six onward and they got the job done and ended up defeating Philadelphia. Now they will need to pull off a miraculous comeback. Once again if they want to win a World Series title this season and avoid having Texas celebrate on their home turf. They will send their likely National League Cy Young award winner Zach Gallen to the mound for this one and I think he will help Arizona pull out a victory.
