Milwaukee Brewers @ Pittsburgh Pirates – 4.05PM ET

This Saturday afternoon clash between the Milwaukee Brewers and the Pittsburgh Pirates will be the third game of a four game series. The first game was played on Thursday, where the Brewers drew first blood, winning 7-2. The Brewers got the better of the Pirates again in the second game that was played on Friday, winning 7-2.

The Milwaukee Brewers are having an excellent season, they are currently sitting on a 50-33 season record. They are currently the top team in the Central Division in the National League, with the Cubs their closest rivals.

The Brewers have won ten games out of their last ten, and this includes series wins against the Rockies (3-0) and the Cubs (3-0). When it comes to average runs scored per game, they are in the middle of the league, with an average of 4.4.

The Pittsburgh Pirates are not having a decent season, they are currently sitting on a 29-52 season record. They are the last team of their Central Division in the National League, with the Cardinals their closest rivals.

The Pirates have only won three games out of their last ten, which includes a series win against the Cardinals (3-1) and a series loss to the Rockies (0-3). The Pirates are dead last in the league when it comes to average runs scored per game, at 3.49.

This is a clash of two teams at different ends of the spectrum, with the Brewers at the top of their division and the Pirates at the bottom of the same division. We aren’t going to beat around the bush with this one, the Brewers should get another comfortable win here. They have won both previous games in this series without really needing to break a sweat, and even the Brewers away record this season is solid at 24-15.

San Diego Padres @ Philadelphia Phillies – 4.05PM ET

This Saturday afternoon clash between the San Diego Padres and the Philadelphia Phillies will be the second game of a three game series. The first game was played on Friday, where the Phillies drew first blood in a game that needed to be taken to the 10th innings, winning 4-3.

The San Diego Padres are having a pretty decent season, they are currently sitting on a 49-35 season record. However, they are currently only the third team in the West Division in the National League as they are in a highly competitive division, with the Giants and the Dodgers the two teams ahead of them.

The Padres have won seven games out of their last ten, and this includes series wins against the Dodgers (3-0), the Diamondbacks (2-1) and the Reds (2-1). When it comes to average runs scored per game, they are in the top half of the league, with an average of 4.6.

The Philadelphia Phillies are having a decent season, but they need to become more consistent if they want to make the playoffs, they are currently sitting on a 38-41 season record. They are the second last team of their East Division in the National League, with the Marlins the only team behind them.

The Phillies have only won four games out of their last ten, which includes a series loss to the Nationals (0-2) and series ties with the Mets (2-2) as well as the Marlins (1-1). The Phillies are in the middle third of the league when it comes to average runs scored per game, at 4.27.

The game on Friday was so interesting to watch, many Phillies fans in the crowd thought that their team was going to blow yet another lead, but they managed to get the job done in the 10th innings thanks to a beautiful homer! With the Phillies taking the lead in this series, we like the look of them to carry the momentum into game two, and with the crowd on their side, we will take those nice looking odds.

Chicago White Sox @ Detroit Tigers – 4.10PM ET

This Saturday afternoon clash between the Chicago White Sox and the Detroit Tigers will be the second game of a third game series. The first game was played on Friday, where the White Sox drew first blood, winning 8-2.

The Chicago White Sox are having an excellent season, they are currently sitting on a 49-32 season record. They are currently the top team in the Central Division in the American League, with the Indians their closest rivals.

The White Sox have won six games out of their last ten, and this includes a series tie with the Pirates (1-1), a series loss to the Mariners (1-2) and a series win against the Twins (3-0). When it comes to average runs scored per game, they are in the top third of the league, with an average of 5.

The Detroit Tigers are not having a decent season, they are currently sitting on a 36-46 season record, and will really need to pick up the pace if they want to make it into the postseason. They are the middle team of their Central Division in the American League, with the Twins and the Royals the two teams behind them.

The Tigers have won six games out of their last ten, which includes series wins against the Cardinals (2-0) and the Indians (2-1) as well as a series tie with the Astros (2-2). The Tigers are in the bottom third of the league when it comes to average runs scored per game, at 4.

The Tigers do not have a good record when they are playing against a team who have a winning record, they are 56-141 in their previous 197. On the flip side, the White Sox are currently 43-14 in their previous 57 when playing a team who has a losing record. We think this will be a fairly competitive clash, but we still like the look of the White Sox to get another win here.

Houston Astros @ Cleveland Indians – 7.15PM ET

This Saturday evening clash between the Houston Astros and the Cleveland Indians will be the third game of a four game series. The first game was played on Thursday, where the Astros drew first blood, winning 7-2. The Astros were able to get another win on Friday, when the second game was played, winning 6-3.

The Houston Astros are having an excellent decent season, they are currently sitting on a 51-33 season record. They are currently the top team in the West Division in the American League, with the Athletics their closest rivals.

The Astros have only won four games out of their last ten, and this includes a series tie with the Tigers (2-2) and a very surprising series loss to the Orioles (0-3). When it comes to average runs scored per game, they are the best in the league, with an average of 5.6.

The Cleveland Indians are having a decent season, but they need to keep winning if they want to make the playoffs, they are currently sitting on a 42-38 season record. They are the second team of their Central Division in the American League, with the White Sox the only team ahead of them.

The Indians have only won three games out of their last ten, which includes a series tie with the Cubs (1-1) and series losses to the Twins (1-2) and the Tigers (1-2). The Indians are in the middle third of the league when it comes to average runs scored per game, at 4.35.

It is the Astros offence that will help set them apart in this game, they are number one in the league when it comes to runs per game for a reason! They are 7-2 in their previous nine games on the road, as well as this they are 45-22 in their previous 67 games played on Saturday. Back the Astros to go three from three in this series.

Baltimore Orioles @ Los Angeles Angels – 10.07PM ET

This Saturday evening clash between the Baltimore Orioles and the Los Angeles Angels will be the second game of a three game series. The first game was played on Friday, where the Angels drew first blood, narrowly winning 7-6.

The Baltimore Orioles are not having a decent season, they are currently sitting on a 27-55 season record. They are the last team of their East Division in the American League, with the Yankees their closest rivals.

The Orioles have only won four games out of their last ten, which includes a series loss to the Blue Jays (1-3) and a very impressive series win against the Astros (3-0). The Orioles are in the bottom third in the league when it comes to average runs scored per game, at 4.1.

The Los Angeles Angels are having a decent enough season, but they need to become more consistent if they want to make the playoffs, they are currently sitting on a 40-41 season record. They are the second last team of their West Division in the American League, with the Rangers the only team behind them.

The Angels have only won four games out of their last ten, which includes series losses to the Giants (0-2) and the Rays (1-2) as well as a series win against the Yankees (2-1). They are in the top third of the league when it comes to average runs scored per game, at 4.91.

The Angels managed to get the win in the first game of the series on Friday night, but it was certainly hard fought. The Orioles are shocking a lot of people with their results as of late, mainly beating the Astros 3-0 in that series. While it was great to see the underdog win, we don’t think they can keep up that form for long, and the loss on Friday night showed that. Back the Angels to get the win here at home again late on Saturday night.

If it's sport, Katherine has got you covered. She doesn't discriminate, and loves all sport equally, from baseball to darts, if there's a competition going on, she is all over it. Her days are filled with watching as much sport, and reading as much as she can.The biggest problem Katherine faces is that she doesn't have enough screens for all the different games she wants to watch (oh and also the lack of sleep...but that doesn't count!). She loves sport so much, she made it her career and now she can do the things she loves day in and day out.
