Steven Kwan went 3 for 3 with a double and two runs in the win. Amed Rosario went 3 for 4 with a double, two runs, and one RBI. Mickey Moniak was 3 for 4 with a home run and three runs for the Angels. Luis Rengifo added one RBI on one hit and a walk.
ON THE MOUND
Patrick Sandoval (3-1, 3.41 ERA) is slated to take the mound for Los Angeles. The lefty allowed four runs over 6.1 innings in his last start, a 6-4 home win over the Astros on Monday. He scattered seven hits while striking out two in the no-decision.
Sandoval is making his first appearance against the Guardians this season. Over two starts against the Guardians in 2022, Sandoval was 1-0 with a 1.46 ERA over 12.1 innings.
He had 12 strikeouts and one walk.For Cleveland, righty Tanner Bibee (1-1, 4.30 ERA) will toe the rubber. It’s his first appearance of the season against the Angels.
