Two of the Atlantic Coast Conference’s top scoring defenses are set to face off at Cardinal Stadium on Saturday, as the University of Louisville Cardinals (6-4, 3-4 ACC) host the North Carolina State University Wolfpack (7-3, 3-3 ACC).
The Cardinals are four-point favorites, and the total is 45. North Carolina State is coming off a close 21-20 loss against Boston College at Carter-Finley Stadium last Saturday. MJ Morris threw for 135 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Michael Allen ran 14 times for 77 yards.
Thayer Thomas caught four passes for 53 yards. Louisville lost 31-16 to No. 12 Clemson at Memorial Stadium last Saturday. Brock Domann was 13 of 23 for 250 yards, a touchdown, and an interception. Jawhar Jordan carried 11 times for 73 yards. Tyler Hudson hauled in 11 receptions for 163 yards.
