#4 Florida State @ Wake Forest – 12PM ET

Tony Battalio

Florida State is coming off of a solid come from behind victory against the Duke Blue Devils in their last game, and they will be looking to remain undefeated with another victory here in this game on the road against Wake Forest. Florida State looks like the Florida State that we saw back between 2012 and 2014 when they competed for a national championship, and even want a national championship as well. They will be looking to keep their undefeated season alive with another conference victory here on Saturday on the road as they look firmly established themselves as a potential national championship contender, with only about a week until the first playoff rankings are released.

Wake Forest will be looking to pick up the set of the season here at home against the number four ranked team in the country, the Florida State Seminoles. The first season of the post, Sam Hartman era hasn’t been the worst possible season for them, but they have still struggled at times, and if they still had him at quarterback, they would likely be in better standing than they are right now. They are a couple of wins away from being eligible and grabbing a victory in this game would be massive for their momentum as it would also allow them to stay in the race for the ACC championship game heading into the final several weeks of the regular season. Unfortunately for Wake Forest I don’t see that happening as I look for Florida State to pick up the victory in this game on Saturday.

SportsTips’ NCAAF Pick:

Florida State -20.5 (-115)

#6 Oklahoma @ Kansas – 12PM ET

Tony Battalio

The Oklahoma Sooners got a scare from Central Florida last weekend, but they remained undefeated with a survival victory late in the game. Now they will be looking to take down the Kansas Jayhawks in this game and keep their undefeated season alive as they look to further establish themselves as a playoff contender only one season after barely making a bowl game last year. They have already surpassed their win total from last season, and they will be looking to keep the momentum rolling here in this one with another conference victory over Kansas on Saturday afternoon on the road as they look to take one step closer to grabbing a spot in the Big 12 title game. They managed to do that all roads look like they lead to a potential rematch with Texas in that game as well.

The Kansas Jayhawks had a fantastic start to the season, but they have hit some bumps in the road as they have entered conference play, and they will be looking to recover from that and pull off an upset here in this one. Kansas is still very much a solid team this season and it is very likely that they will challenge for a potential Big 12 title spot all the way down to the final few weekends of the year and they will likely feature in a decent bowl game this season as well but injuries and struggles have derailed them over the last several weeks and ruined any chance at them competing for a New Year’s Bowl unless they pull off an upset here on Saturday. Unfortunately for them I don’t see that happening as I look for Oklahoma to pick up the victory on the road and remain undefeated.

SportsTips’ NCAAF Pick:

Oklahoma -9 (-110)

#1 Georgia @ Florida – 3:30PM ET

Tony Battalio

The Georgia Bulldogs are still the number one team in the country and they are still undefeated but they will be without Brock Bowers for likely the remainder of the season. That is a huge hurdle for them to overcome as they head into this massive rivalry game against the Florida Gators in Jacksonville on Saturday afternoon. This game against Florida will be one of their final few tests of the regular season as they look the cap off another undefeated, regular season and keep their hopes alive for a third consecutive national championship as well. They will have to be much more efficient on the offensive side of the football if they want to beat some of these tougher teams in the conference, and it starts with putting up quality numbers against Florida on Saturday.

The Florida Gators will be looking to pull off a massive upset here on Saturday afternoon in Jacksonville as they look to grab a huge momentum boosting victory for the remainder of the regular season. A victory like this would firmly establish them as a potential contender to win the SEC East division, as well as they come into this game looking to hand Georgia their first loss of the regular season. Florida has been a bit of a roller coaster this season as you never quite expect what you will get from them each and every Saturday and I expect more of the same to happen in this game as I look for Georgia to pick up a victory in this huge rivalry game, that used to be known as the world’s biggest cocktail party.

SportsTips’ NCAAF Pick:

Georgia -14.5 (-105)

BYU @ #7 Texas – 3:30PM ET

Tony Battalio

BYU has had a solid season during their first year as a power five program in the Big 12 conference and they will be looking to pull off one of the biggest upsets of the year here on Saturday afternoon in Austin. They have already picked up five victories this season, and they are only a couple of more victories away from being bowl eligible this year and if they somehow manage to win out, they could play in a New Year’s Six bowl. BYU is coming off of a solid victory over Texas Tech and their previous game and they will be looking to grab another conference victory against another Texas team here on Saturday afternoon on the road against what will likely be a shorthanded Texas team that will not have their starting quarterback this weekend.

The Texas Longhorns survived an upset attempt from the Houston Cougars to keep their loss season alive, and keep them in the running for the college football playoffs this year. However, during the game quarterback Quinn Ewers was injured, and he is expected to miss a few weeks with a shoulder injury and that is something Texas will have to overcome throughout the remainder of their schedule. If they continue to pick up conference victories, all roads likely lead to a potential conference championship, rematch with their hated rivals, the Oklahoma Sooners for a spot in the college football playoffs this season. For now I expect to stay on that path and pick up a victory over BYU here on Saturday but I do expect BYU to cover the spread in this one.

SportsTips’ NCAAF Pick:

BYU +19.5 (-105)

#8 Oregon @ #13 Utah – 3:30PM ET

Tony Battalio

The Oregon Ducks will be looking to keep their one loss season alive with a victory on the road against Utah in a very tough environment to play. Oregon is still very much in the running for a college football playoff spot as well as a spot in the Pac-12 conference championship game if they win the remaining games on their schedule and they will have to grab a huge victory on the road against a Utah Utes team that is coming off of an victory against USC for the third consecutive time. Quarterback Bo Nix will have to protect the football in this game in Oregon will have to find a way to win a game against the team that has not lost at home in nearly four seasons. If Oregon can manage to grab a victory in this game, it would give them the inside track to the second spot in the Pac 12 conference for the remainder of the regular season.

The Utah Utes will be looking to pull off another top 25 victory with a quality performance in this game against Oregon at home. They are coming off of a successful victory against USC where they knocked the USC Trojans out of the playoff conversation for the second consecutive season and with a victory over Oregon in this game, it would give them the inside track on a potential Pac-12 conference championship game spot as well. As previously mentioned, Utah has not lost at home since the Covid season of 2020, ironically that game came against the USC Trojans. They will be looking for another huge victory at home here on Saturday and that is exactly what I expect as I look for Utah to pick up the victory in this game over Oregon.

SportsTips’ NCAAF Pick:

Utah ML (+200)
