Two of the Atlantic Coast Conference’s top scoring offenses are set to meet at Memorial Stadium on Saturday, as the No. 5 Clemson University Tigers (7-0, 5-0 ACC) host the No. 14 Syracuse University Orange (6-0, 3-0 ACC). The Tigers are 13.5-point favorites, and the total is 49.5. Syracuse is coming off an impressive 24-9 win over No. 15 North Carolina State at JMA Wireless Dome last Saturday, their sixth consecutive victory. Garrett Shrader was 16 of 25 for 210 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions. Sean Tucker ran 14 times for 98 yards and a touchdown. Oronde Gadsden II caught eight passes for 141 yards and two touchdowns. Clemson won for the seventh straight game last Saturday, beating Florida State 34-28 at Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium. DJ Uiagalelei threw for 203 yards and three touchdowns. Will Shipley carried 20 times for 121 yards and added six catches for 48 yards. Antonio Williams scored once. He had two receptions for 76 yards.

The Tigers won the only game between the teams last season, a 17-14 victory in October, their fourth straight win against Syracuse. DJ Uiagalelei tossed one touchdown for Clemson, as Kobe Pace added a rushing TD.
