The Bearcats won the only meeting between the teams last season, a 31-12 victory in October, their third straight win against Tulane. Desmond Ridder threw three touchdowns for Cincinnati, as Jerome Ford added two TDs (1 rush, 1 rec) and Josh Whyle scored twice.
