The University of South Alabama Jaguars (5-2, 2-1 SBC), one of the Sun Belt Conference’s strongest passing offenses, are on the road to face the Arkansas State University Red Wolves (2-6, 1-4 SBC), one of the conference’s weakest aerial defenses, at Centennial Bank Stadium on Saturday.
The Jaguars are 10-point favorites, and the total is 55. South Alabama is coming off a 10-6 loss at the hands of Troy at Hancock Whitney Stadium last Thursday. Carter Bradley was 29 of 40 for 215 yards and an interception. Omni Wells ran four times for 21 yards. Devin Voisin caught nine passes for 93 yards.
Arkansas State dropped a third straight game last Saturday, falling 38-18 to Louisiana at Cajun Field. AJ Mayer threw for 189 yards, a touchdown, and an interception. Ja’Quez Cross carried six times for 33 yards. Daverrick Jenkins caught three receptions for 61 yards.

The Jaguars won the only game between the teams last season, a 31-13 victory in October, their third straight win against Arkansas State. Jake Bentley threw four touchdowns for South Alabama, as Jalen Tolbert scored twice.
