Leon Edwards © vs Kamaru Usman – Welterweight Title Fight
This fight is an immediate rematch of Leon Edwards, welterweight title victory. When he knocked out Kamaru Usman, the last time they faced off. Now Edwards will be looking to defend his belt against the very same man that he took it from, in his home country of England. He comes in as the underdog, but the same can be said for last time, as well as he came in as the underdog and shocked the world. Edwards is 20-3 with one no contest in 24 career professional fights and is arguably one of the most underrated fighters in the entire UFC. He has incredible knockout power and is only 31 years old.
Kamaru Usman is considered by many to be one of the greatest fighters in the history of Mixed Martial Arts. The 35 year old comes into this fight with an overall record of 20-2 in 22 career professional fights. Now he will be looking to get revenge on Leon Edwards, and reclaim his welterweight championship. This is the third fight between the two and both fighters have won a fight a piece, so this third fight will likely be the last one between the two for sometime or potentially forever. A lot of people have already pegged Usman as the winner for this one and I have to say, I agree, as I think, Usman will regain his welterweight championship, by decision in this fight

Usman (-250) By DEC (-115)

Justin Gaethje vs Rafael Fiziev – Lightweight
In my opinion, Justin Gaethje is one of the best fighters in all of the UFC, but he comes into this fight as an underdog against Rafael Fiziev. In 27 career professional fights, he has been victorious in 23 of them. At age 34, he knows his career is winding down fast and he will be looking to get back to the top once more before he finally puts the gloves up for good. A win in this one would likely earn him a title fight as he is currently ranked third in the UFC lightweight rankings. He has incredible knockout power as 19 of his victories have come via knockout. So it’ll be interesting to see if he can reach the 20 knockout milestone in this fight.
Rafael Fiziev has burst onto the scene and comes into this fight with 12 victories in 13 career professional fights. Much like a victory for Justin Gaethje would likely set up a title fight for him, a victory for Rafael Fiziev would likely set up a lightweight title fight as well. He has been absolutely dominant as of late and he will look to keep that momentum rolling with a victory over one of the best lightweight fighters in all of mixed martial arts. He is currently the number six ranked lightweight in the UFC and at only 30 years of age he has plenty of time to reach the top of the mountain. However, I think he will take a bit of a tumble on this one, as I’m going with Justin Gaethje to win this fight by decision.
SportsTips’ UFC Pick:
Gaethje (+190) By DEC (+700)

Gunnar Nelson vs Bryan Barberena – Welterweight
Gunnar Nelson is one of the fastest rising welterweights in the game, and with a win in this fight he could potentially receive a welterweight championship fight against the winner of Leon Edwards versus Kamau Usman. Nelson has 24 career professional fights, and 18 of those fights have resulted in a victory, and he has one draw as well. He is a submission specialist as 12 of his victories have come via submission throughout his career. He also has a strong chin and doesn’t get submitted himself as four of his five losses have come by decision.
Brian Barberena is in the same situation as Gunnar Nelson, because the winner of this fight will likely receive a UFC welterweight championship match around six months from now. In 27 career professional fights, Brian Barberena has won eighteen of them with nine losses. So he has a little bit of the experience edge in this one, but not by many fights. He has a ton of knockout power as 11 of his 18 victories have all come via knockout. However, I don’t see him winning this fight as I have Gunnar Nelson, picking up the victory by submission.
SportsTips’ UFC Pick:
Nelson (-375) By SUB (-110)
