Free FA Cup Picks For FA Cup Final, 2022
Sat 14th May 2022

The FA Cup Final is here as Liverpool will face off with Chelsea to determine the oldest cup champion in the history of English football for the 2021-22 season.

Liverpool is on a quest to win the Carabao Cup, the FA Cup, the Premier League, and the UEFA Champions League. While Chelsea is looking to make up for their inability to win the Champions League for the second season in a row by grabbing the FA Cup trophy.

It has been a roller coaster of a season for Chelsea as Thomas Tucheils job has been called into question several times off the back of a UEFA champions league win in 2020-21. They are currently third in the English Premier League as they have been out of the title running since the middle of April.

They have also failed to capture a trophy as they ended up losing the Carabao Cup to this same Liverpool team on Penalties as the game ended in favor of Liverpool 11-10. Now they will be looking to get the win here to salvage their season heading into next year’s EPL and UEFA Champions League campaigns.

Liverpool comes into this one on an incredible run of form this season. As they have already won the Carabao Cup, are in the finals of the UEFA Champions League, in the title hunt of the English Premier League, and getting the chance to win the FA Cup as well.

Led by Mohamed Salah this team has seemed unstoppable at times and with two games left in the English Premier League season they only trail Manchester City by a single game. As for the result of this FA Cup final I have Liverpool getting the win to bring home their second trophy of the season.

FA Cup Pick: Liverpool (-105)
