Two of the NHL’s top offenses are set to face off at Climate Pledge Arena on Saturday, as the Edmonton Oilers (38-23-8) head to face the Seattle Kraken (38-23-7). Edmonton is coming off a 4-1 win over the Stars on Thursday.
The Oilers took advantage of their power play opportunities, scoring once on four shots while holding Dallas without a power play goal. Mattias Janmark was the top goalscorer for the Oilers with two goals.
Stuart Skinner saved an impressive 25 of 26 shots (.961%) in the win. Seattle beat the Sharks 2-1 (OT) on Thursday. Oliver Bjorkstrand and Vince Dunn each scored once for the Kraken. Bjorkstrand added an assist to lead the team in scoring. Philipp Grubauer saved 31 of 32 shots in the win (.968%).

The Oilers have won two of the three games between the teams this season, including a 5-2 victory in their most recent meeting in January. Zach Hyman led Edmonton with three points (1G 2A). Eberle has 15 goals and 37 assists. Grubauer (13-12-4) has the best goals against average for Seattle at 2.96. He has a save percentage of .895%. Martin Jones (24-11-3) has played the most games in net for the Kraken this season. He has a 3.03 GAA and a .887% save percentage.
