Pittsburgh defeated the New York Islanders on Thursday in a shootout, 4-3. That snapped a two-game losing streak for the team. The Penguins are 6-5-1, tied for fourth in the East Division. They have scored 37 goals while allowing 44. Tristan Jarry will be in net for Pittsburgh.
He has a 3.95 GAA and a .857 save percentage in seven starts. Sidney Crosby is tied with Bryan Rust for the team lead in points with 10. Crosby is tied for the team lead in goals with just four, and Rust leads the team in assists with seven. Pittsburgh is a perfect 4-0-0 at home this season.

Vegas defeated San Jose on Saturday, 3-1. That gave the Golden Knights victories in four of their last five games. Vegas is now 9-2-1, first in the West Division. They have scored 40 goals while allowing 28.
Marc-Andre Fleury was in goal on Saturday, so that will mean that Robin Lehner will be between the pipes on Sunday. The Vegas netminder has started five games, posting a 2.96 GAA and a .890 save percentage. The Golden Knights are led in scoring by Mark Stone with 12 assists and 16 points. Max Pacioretty is a leading goal scorer with six.
