Free NHL Picks Today for Friday, February 19th, 2021
Thu 18th February 2021

Our FREE NHL picks for Friday, February 19th are out, with just four games scheduled for the evening. We are only seeing the Central and North divisions in action with the East and West teams getting the night off.

The main event of the evening sees the Chicago Blackhawks, 2nd in the Central division, get on the road to take on the Carolina Hurricanes, who are just one point behind in fourth place!

Find out who our winners are for that big clash and the three others in our NHL picks below.

Chicago Blackhawks @ Carolina Hurricanes – 7:00 PM ET

Chicago defeated Detroit on Wednesday, 2-0. Kevin Lankinen stopped all 29 shots he faced for his first NHL shutout. The Blackhawks are red-hot, winners of three straight and are 6-1 in their last seven games. That has them moved to 9-5-4, tied for first in the Central.

Lankinen will be back between the pipes on Friday. In 12 games, he has a 2.29 GAA and a .931 save percentage. Alex DeBrincat scored his team-leading ninth goal in the victory over the Red Wings.

Carolina loss to Florida in overtime on Wednesday, 4-3. The Hurricanes are now 10-3-1 with a +13 goal differential.
