The Portland Trail Blazers (33-48, 17-23 Home) will try to slow down one of the NBA’s top scoring teams when they welcome the Golden State Warriors (43-38, 10-30 Away) on Sunday. Golden State outplayed the Sacramento Kings 119-97 at Golden 1 Center on Friday. Klay Thompson was the leading scorer with 29 points.

Portland will be looking to even the season series after taking only one of the three previous games. Golden State won the last showdown 123-105 at Chase Center on February 28.
Jordan Poole led the Warriors with 29 points, while Donte DiVincenzo contributed 21 points. Damian Lillard had 25 points and seven assists in the loss.The Warriors have been led this season by Thompson and Poole, who are averaging 21.9 and 20.4 points per game, respectively.
Meanwhile, Kevon Looney is grabbing 9.3 rebounds per game, and Draymond Green is dishing 6.8 assists. Lillard (32.2 ppg) has been the primary provider of the Blazers’ offense.
He has the third-highest scoring average in the league. Lillard also has tallied 7.3 assists per game, 10th-most in the NBA. Drew Eubanks has averaged 5.4 rebounds per game.
