Devin Booker topped all players in scoring with 49 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds in the losing effort. Markkanen had 38 points for the Jazz. The Jazz have been led this season by Markkanen and Jordan Clarkson, who are averaging 22.0 and 19.3 points per game, respectively.
Both are among the NBA’s top scorers, as Markkanen is No. 1 and Clarkson is first. Meanwhile, Jarred Vanderbilt is grabbing 8.4 rebounds per game, most in the NBA, and Mike Conley is dishing 7.9 assists (1st). Booker (27.1 ppg) has been the primary provider of the Suns’ offense.
