Eric Gordon had 24 points and seven assists to lead the team. The Rockets are 15th in the Western Conference. This is the final meeting of the season between the teams.
Houston will be pursuing a season sweep against Oklahoma City after winning the only prior matchup 118-105 at Toyota Center in November 2022, their third straight head-to-head victory.
Jalen Green led the Rockets with 28 points, while Alperen Sengun added 21 points, 19 rebounds, and seven assists. Gilgeous-Alexander had 32 points in the losing effort. The Thunder have been led this season by Gilgeous-Alexander, who is averaging 30.9 points per game, fifth-highest in the NBA.
Meanwhile, Josh Giddey is contributing 8.0 rebounds and 5.7 assists per game.Green (21.7 ppg) and Kevin Porter Jr. (19.2) have been the primary providers for the Rockets on offense. Porter Jr. also has tallied 5.6 assists per game.
Sengun has pulled down 8.9 rebounds per game. The Thunder are one of the top scoring offenses in the league, ranking fifth with 116.9 points per game.
