Philadelphia 76ers @ Boston Celtics – 7:30pm ET
Tony Battalio
The Philadelphia 76ers and the Boston Celtics played an incredible game on Sunday afternoon in game number four of their second round series. It included a pair of huge shots at the end of the game as the lead went back-and-forth several times before eventually going to overtime. In the end, Marcus Smart launched a three pointer at the buzzer and swished it, but it was too late and Philadelphia escaped with the one point victory at home. Now, Boston will be looking to bounce back and take a three games to two lead as they head back home for game number five of this series on Tuesday night.
Both of these teams will be hoping to get a victory in this pivotal game five in this series as the winner would have the advantage heading into the final two games of the series. For Philadelphia victory would be massive as they would get to play game number six for the series on their own home floor with a chance to close out the Boston Celtics. For Boston, getting the win at home will allow them to go on the road to Philadelphia with an opportunity to end the Sixers season as well. I expect this one to go back-and-forth much like game number four, but in the end, I have the Boston Celtics grabbing the victory.

Phoenix Suns @ Denver Nuggets – 10pm ET
Tony Battalio
The Phoenix Suns come into this game after tying this series up at two games apiece after two consecutive wins at home. Now they will be looking to steal a game on the road in Denver to take a three games to two lead before heading back home for game number six of the series. If they can manage to pick up the victory against Denver on the road, they would put themselves in a great position to advance to the Western Conference finals in the last two games in the series. They have managed to do it without their all star point guard Chris Paul on the floor as well as he has missed several games in the series because of an injury.
The Denver Nuggets took a commanding two games to zero lead after the first two games at home in this series. However, things didn’t go so well when they hit the road to the Valley of the Sun, as they failed to pick up a victory, and I’ll come back home or not it up at two games a piece in the second round series. They will be hoping they can replicate their performances at home from earlier in this series and pick up another victory over Phoenix to take a three games to two advantage before heading back to Phoenix for game number six later this week. That is exactly what I expect as I have the Denver Nuggets getting the victory here on Tuesday night.
