Los Angeles Clippers @ Atlanta Hawks – 7:30PM ET
The Los Angeles Clippers are one of the hottest teams in the NBA right now as they recorded seven consecutive wins. They are now standing at a 13-4 record and are shoulder to shoulder with the city rivals Lakers.
The Clippers defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder in B2B duels, mostly thanks to Kawhi Leonard, who had 34 points, nine rebounds, and game-high eight assists in a 108-100 victory. Serge Ibaka added 17 points and six boards, while Ivica Zubac posted a double-double of ten points and game-high 11 rebounds, along with two blocks.

The Atlanta Hawks were on a three-game winning run, but they couldn’t beat the Milwaukee Bucks without Trae Young and felt to a 129-115 defeat. De’Andre Hunter led the Hawks with a career-high 33 points, five rebounds, and four assists. John Collins contributed with 30 points and team-high seven boards, while Danilo Gallinari scored 17 points.
Probably the most exciting and balanced game of the night, but we’re going to give a slight advantage to the more experienced Clippers side.
NBA Pick – Los Angeles Clippers (-179)
NBA Spread – Los Angeles Clippers -4.5 (-110)
Game Totals Pick – Under 226.5 (-110)
Washington Wizards @ Houston Rockets – 8PM ET
The Washington Wizards returned to action after nearly two weeks and lost to the San Antonio Spurs 121-101. They were short handed as several players were still ill and unavailable, so the Wizards didn’t really have a chance to upset Gregg Popovich’s side. Bradley Beal led the team with 31 points, seven rebounds, and four assists, while Jerome Robinson added 16 points, five boards, and four dimes.
The Houston Rockets are slowly recovering from the James Harden trade as they bounced back from a three-game losing skid with a pair of wins over the Detroit Pistons and Dallas Mavericks.
They scored a season-high 133 points in a 133-108 victory over the divisional rivals Mavs thanks to Eric Gordon, who bagged 33 points, including six triples. DeMarcus Cousins recorded a double-double of 28 points and game-high 17 rebounds, along with five assists. David Nwaba scored 18 points, while Mason Jones chipped in with 16 points and five boards.
Once again, the Wizards will have no more than eight players available, so we’re backing the Rockets to get a W.
NBA Pick – Houston Rockets (-303)
NBA Spread – Houston Rockets -6.5 (-110)
Game Totals Pick – Under 233.5 (-110)
New York Knicks @ Utah Jazz – 9PM ET
The New York Knicks will play their fourth consecutive road game in the West. After securing three wins in a row, they lost to the Sacramento Kings and Portland Trail Blazers to drop to an 8-10 record.
Immanuel Quickley led the Knicks in a 116-113 loss to the Blazers with a career-high and four assists. Julius Randle followed him with 25 points, seven rebounds, five dishes, and two steals, while Alec Burks had 18 points, four boards, and game-high three thefts.

The Utah Jazz are the hottest team in the league at the moment after securing the eighth win in a row when they defeated the Golden State Warriors 127-108. The Jazz now improved to a 12-4 record, and with a game in hand, they could tie with the Lakers and Clippers at the top of the Western Conference.
Donovan Mitchell led the Jazz in a win with 23 points, seven rebounds, and six assists. Mike Conley scored 17, Jordan Clarkson had 14, while Bojan Bogdanovic contributed with 14 points, game-high eight dishes, and seven rebounds. Rudy Gobert posted a double-double of 11 points and game-high 14 boards.
The Knicks showed signs of promise this season, but we don’t think they are capable of upsetting the favoured Jazz here.
NBA Pick – Utah Jazz (-588)
NBA Spread – Utah Jazz -11 (-110)
Game Totals Pick – Under 212 (-110)
