Toronto Blue Jays @ Chicago White Sox – 2:10PM ET

The Toronto Blue Jays and Chicago White Sox will be playing the third and final game in their three game series. The Chicago White Sox have already clinched the series after winning the first two games and they will be going for a series sweep in this one.

Tony Battalio

The Toronto Blue Jays are struggling during this series as they have failed to win either of the first two games. They will be looking to grab some momentum in the series finale on Wednesday evening. The Blue Jays come into the game with a record of 38-30 through their first 68 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. They have won four out of their last ten games on the year and are currently on a two game losing streak.

The Chicago White Sox are coming into this game with a record of 33-33 through their first 66 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. They are three and a half games out of first place at the moment, which is currently occupied by the Minnesota Twins and Cleveland Guardians. They have won six out of their last ten games on the year and are currently on a two game winning streak. As for the result of this game, I am going with the Toronto Blue Jays to get the win.

Tony’s MLB Pick: Toronto Blue Jays (-124)

Jeffery Thomas

The Toronto Bud Jays and Chicano White Sox were once again engaged in a hard-fought battle on Tuesday that was devised by just one run. Much like the series opener, it was the White Sox coming out victorious, this time 7-6 in twelve innings. The hosting Sox have now guaranteed a series win by taking the first two games and will go for the sweep on Wednesday.

That has to be a huge goal for them as a team after it was Toronto who swept them in three game to begin the month of June. I like the motivational factor here for the Sox and we’re getting plus odds on the team who has been winning these games so give me the home team in this one.

Jeffery’s MLB Pick: Chicago White Sox (+106)

Marko Nadin

The Chicago White Sox are third in the AL Central with a 33-33 record. They have won 3 of the last 5 games including the first two of the series against the Toronto Blue Jays. The White Sox are 19th in the league scoring 4.25 runs per game and 24th in the league allowing 4.83 runs per game. Lucas Giolito will be the White Sox’ starting pitcher tonight who is 4-3 for the season with a 4.78 ERA. The White Sox have won 5 of the last 6 games against right-handed starter and and have lost 8 of the last 11 games as home underdog.

The Toronto Blue Jays are second in the AL East with a 38-30 record. They have lost 5 of the last 6 games and are coming off a 7-6 12th inning loss against the White Sox last night. The Blue Jays are 11th in the league scoring 4.67 runs per game and are ranked 16th with 4.32 allowed runs per game. Toronto will start Ross Stripling tonight who is 3-2 for the season with a 3.28 ERA. The Blue Jays have won 9 of the last 13 road games and 5 of the last 7 third games of a series.

Marko’s MLB Pick: Toronto Blue Jays (-124)

New York Yankees @ Tampa Bay Rays – 7:10PM ET

The New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Rays will be playing the third and final game in their three game series. Each team has won a game a piece and the finale on Wednesday will be winning take all.

Tony Battalio

The New York Yankees are still the best team in Major League Baseball this season, even after their loss to the Tampa Bay Rays on Tuesday. The Yankees come into this game with a record of 50-18 through their first 68 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. They have won eight of their last ten games on the year as well. They will be looking to bounce back in game three of this series.

The Tampa Bay Rays are coming into this game with a great opportunity to grab a series win over their American League East division rivals. They come into this game with a record of 37-31 through their first 68 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. They are currently in fourth place of the American League East division and have won three out of their last ten games on the year. As for the result of this game however, I am going with the New York Yankees to get the win.

Tony’s MLB Pick: New York Yankees (-142)

Jeffery Thomas

Tuesday was the rare occurrence where we saw the New York Yankees actually lose a game, as they fell 5-4 to the Tampa Bay Rays. Now the series will be settled in the finale on Wednesday night after the teams split the first two games. I fully expect the Yankees to get back on track in this game with Aaron Judge back in the lineup after having just pinch-hit duties on Tuesday.

They are the best team in baseball and will be facing Shane Baz who has only pitched 8.1 innings in his major league career and given up five earned runs. Expect Jordan Montgomery to shut down this Rays’ offense enough for New York to cover the run line in this one.

Jeffery’s MLB Pick: New York Yankees -1.5 (+122)

Marko Nadin

The Tampa Bay Rays are fourth in the AL East with a 37-31 record. They have lost 6 of the last 8 games and are coming off a 5-4 win over the New York Yankees last night. The Rays are 25th in the league scoring 4.07 runs per game and are ranked 5th in the league allowing 3.83 runs per game. Tampa Bay will start Shane Baz tonight who is 0-1 for the season with 5.40 ERA. The Rays have won 8 of the last 9 games played on Wednesday and 67 of the last 99 home games.

The New York Yankees are on top of the AL East with a 50-18 record. They have won 10 of the last 12 games and have split the first two games of the series against the Tampa Bay Rays. The Yankees are second in the league scoring 5.11 runs per game and are on top of the league allowing 3.00 runs per game. The Yankees will start Jordan Montgomery tonight who is 3-1 for the season with a 2.72 ERA. They have won 4 of the last 5 road games against teams with a winning record and 5 of the last 6 third games of a series.

Marko’s MLB Pick: New York Yankees (-142)

San Francisco Giants @ Atlanta Braves – 7:20PM ET

The San Francisco Giants and Atlanta Braves will be playing the third game of their four game series. They have each won one game a piece coming into this one. Both teams will be looking to clinch at least a share of the series in this one.

Tony Battalio

The San Francisco Giants come into this game with a record of 38-29 through their first 67 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. They are currently in third place of the National League West division at the moment. They have won seven out of their last ten games on the year. They are three and a half games back of first place in the National League West.

The Atlanta Braves have been one of the hotter teams in Major League Baseball throughout the month of June. They come into this game with a record of 39-30 through their first 69 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. They are looking to make another run all the way to the World Series. They have won seven out of their last ten games of the year. As for the result of this game I am going with the San Francisco Giants to get the win.

Tony’s MLB Pick: San Francisco Giants (+110)

Jeffery Thomas

The San Francisco Giants responded in a big way on Tuesday to even up the series with the Atlanta Braves. San Fran’s offense put up 12 runs led by rookie catcher Austin Wynns and his 4 RBI. Coming into that game Wynns only had 1 RBI to his name in his career so it was a special day at the plate for the youngster.

The Giants have to be feeling good about their changes in the contest on Wednesday as well with Carlos Rodon taking the mound. He is 6-4 on the year with a 2.84 ERA and should get the better of Charlie Morton on the other side who is aging and continues to look like a shell of himself. Morton’s ERA is sitting at 5.08 and he has given up 4 runs in four of his last five starts. The Giants offense should stay hot against him and carry them to another win.

Jeffery’s MLB Pick: San Francisco Giants (+110)

Marko Nadin

The Atlanta Braves are second in the NL East with a 39-30 record. After winning 14 straight games, the defending champions have lost 3 of the last 5. The Braves are 7th in the league scoring 4.81 runs per game and are ranked 11th in the league allowing 4.15 runs per game. The Braves will start Charlie Morton tonight who is 4-3 for the season with a 5.08 ERA. Atlanta has won 6 of the last 7 games against NL West opponents and 13 of the last 16 games as a home favorite.

The San Francisco Giants are third in the NL West with a 37-27 record. They have won 3 of the last 5 games including a 12-10 win last night against the Braves. The Giants are the fourth-best offensive team in the league scoring 4.97 runs per game and are ranked 15th in the league allowing 4.30 runs per game. They will start Carlos Rodon tonight who is 6-4 for the season with a 2.84 ERA. San Francisco has won 5 of the last 6 games against teams with a winning record and 37 of the last 54 games against right-handed starting pitcher.

Marko’s MLB Pick: San Francisco Giants (+110)

Cleveland Guardians @ Minnesota Twins – 7:40PM ET

The Cleveland Guardians and Minnesota Twins will be playing the second game of their three game series in this one. In game one the Guardians picked up the win and they will be looking to clinch the series in game two.

Tony Battalio

The Cleveland Guardians are red hot at the moment, as they have won six straight series and won game one of this series as well. They come into game number two of this series with a record of 35-28 through their first 63 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. They are tied for first place in the American League Central division after their win on Tuesday night. They have won eight out of their last ten games on the year.

The Minnesota Twins will be looking to bounce back from their game one loss to the Cleveland Guardians in extra innings. The Twins have been playing baseball all season long as they have held onto first place of the American League Central division for the majority of the year. However, now they are tied with the Guardians. As for the result of this game I am going with the Cleveland Guardians to pick up the victory.

Tony’s MLB Pick: Cleveland Guardians (+126)

Jeffery Thomas

Tuesday was the start of a very critical series between the top two teams in the AL Central with the division lead on the line. The Cleveland Guardians saw how important this first game was and got the win 6-5 in 11 innings on the road. It’s now a tie atop the division with these two teams playing 7 more times this rest of this month.

The Twins will have the right guy on the mound in this very important game on Wednesday in Sonny Gray. Gray has been phenomenal all year with a 3-1 record and 2.09 ERA! He hasn’t given up over 2 runs in any start and in his last three outings he’s given up just one run. I like him to shut down the Guardians in this one and get his Twins the victory.

Jeffery’s MLB Pick: Minnesota Twins (-148)

Marko Nadin

The Minnesota Twins are second in the AL Central with a 38-31 record. They have lost 3 of the last 5 games and are coming off a 6-5 11th inning loss to the Cleveland Guardians. The Twins are 14th in the league scoring 4.50 runs per game and are ranked 10th allowing 4.15 runs per game. Minnesota will start Sony Gray who is 3-1 for the season with a 2.09 ERA. The Twins have won 7 of the last 9 second games of a series and 24 of the last 34 games as favorites.

The Cleveland Guardians are on top of the AL Central with a 35-28 record. They have won 6 of the last 7 games including the series opener against the Twins. Cleveland is 12th in the league scoring 4.64 runs per game and is ranked 8th in the league allowing 4.07 runs per game. The Guardians will start Triston McKenziee tonight who is 4-5 for the season with a 2.96 ERA. Cleveland has won 7 of the last 8 games against right-handed starting pitchers and 6 of the last 7 road games.

Marko’s MLB Pick: Minnesota Twins (-148)

St.Louis Cardinals @ Milwaukee Brewers – 8:10PM ET

The St.Louis Cardinals and Milwaukee Brewers will be playing the third game of their four game series in this one. Both teams have won a single game up until this point and will be looking to clinch at least a share of the series in this third game.

Tony Battalio

The St.Louis Cardinals are coming into this game with a record of 39-31 through their first 70 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. They are tied for first place in the National League Central division with the Milwaukee Brewers at the moment. They are currently on a one game winning streak and have won five out of their last ten games of the season.

The Milwaukee Brewers are coming into this game with an identical record of 39-31 through their first 70 games of the 2022 Major League Baseball season. They will be looking to break the tie for first place in the division with a win here in this one. They have won six out of their last ten games on the year and are currently on a one game losing streak at the moment. As for the result of this game I am going with the St.Louis Cardinals to get the win.

Tony’s MLB Pick: St.Louis Cardinals (-118)

Jeffery Thomas

It’s a long four-game series between the top two teams in the NL Central going on and the St.Louis Cardinals were able to rebound from their loss in the opener by winning on Tuesday. That result puts both teams at 39-31 at the halfway point of the season and sets us up for a very interesting race for first-place for the second half of the year. Cardinals legend Adam Wainwright gets called upon for Wednesday’s game and he has to have much better command if he wants to give his guys a chance.

In his last three outings, he’s giving up an average of 8 hits so there’s been a lot of traffic on the bases for him to work around. Eric Lauer on the other side hasn’t been much better himself though, giving up 4 and 8 earned runs his last two starts. With both guys coming in struggling a bit, I think we see plenty of runs to cash this over that sits at a very reasonable 8.5.

Jeffery’s MLB Pick: Over Runs (-118)

Marko Nadin

The Milwaukee Brewers are second in the NL Central with a 39-31 record. Last night’s 6-2 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals put an end to the Brewers four-game winning streak. The Brewers are 17th in the league scoring 4.41 runs per game and are ranked 13th in the league allowing 4.21 runs per game. Eric Lauer will be the starting pitcher for the Brewers tonight who is 6-2 for this season with a 3.57 ERA. Milwaukee has won 21 of the last 28 games against division rivals and have lost 6 of the last 7 home games.

The St.Louis Cardinals are on top of the NL Central with a 39-31 record. They have lost 4 of the last 6 games and have split the first two games of the series against the Twins. The Cardinals are 5th in the league scoring 4.89 runs per game and are ranked 6th in the league allowing 3.98 runs per game. They will start Adam Wainwright tonight who is 5-5 for the season and has a 3.06 ERA this season. The Cardinals have won 13 of the last 17 games against left-handed starting pitchers and 36 of the last 51 road games as favorites.

Marko’s MLB Pick: St.Louis Cardinals (-118)
