The University of South Alabama Jaguars (8-2, 5-1 SBC) will be out to add to their winning run when they travel to face the University of Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles (5-5, 3-3 SBC) at Carlisle-Faulkner Field at M.M. Roberts Stadium on Saturday. The Jaguars are 7.5-point favorites, and the total is 45.5.
South Alabama is coming off a convincing 38-21 win over Texas State at Hancock Whitney Stadium last Saturday, their third consecutive victory. Carter Bradley was 20 of 34 for 274 yards and four touchdowns. Marco Lee ran 14 times for 57 yards. Devin Voisin caught six passes for 118 yards and two touchdowns.
Southern Miss lost 26-23 to Coastal Carolina at Brooks Stadium last Saturday. Trey Lowe threw for 313 yards and a touchdown. Frank Gore Jr. carried 13 times for 46 yards and added five catches for 90 yards. Jason Brownlee hauled in six receptions for 123 yards.

The Jaguars won the only meeting between the teams last season, a 31-7 victory in September. Jake Bentley threw two touchdowns for South Alabama.
