Kamari Lands had 13 points in defeat, carrying the team. The Red Raiders earned the win in the last meeting between the teams 70-57 at Madison Square Garden in December 2019. Davide Moretti led the Red Raiders with 18 points, while Avery Benson added 10 points. Jordan Nwora had 14 points in the loss.
Kevin Obanor (11.8 ppg), De’Vion Harmon (11.5), and Batcho (11.3) have led the Red Raiders in scoring early this season. Batcho also has grabbed 6.5 rebounds per game, while Harmon has dished 4.0 assists per game. El Ellis has been the primary provider for the Cardinals on offense, averaging 20.8 points per game. Ellis also has doled out 3.0 assists per game. Brandon Huntley-Hatfield has pulled down 7.0 rebounds per game.
