The Oregon Ducks (13-9, 7-4 Pac-12) will try to slow down one of the nation’s top scoring teams when they are on the road to face the No. 5 Arizona Wildcats (19-3, 8-3 Pac-12) on Thursday. Oregon beat the Utah Runnin’ Utes 68-56 at Matthew Knight Arena on Saturday.

Jermaine Couisnard had a standout performance with 18 points. The Ducks are fifth in the Pac-12 Conference. Arizona won their fourth in a row in impressive fashion on Saturday at Alaska Airlines Arena, beating the Washington Huskies 95-72.

Azuolas Tubelis recorded 25 points to lead the team in scoring. With 21 points, 12 rebounds, and six assists, Oumar Ballo also impressed. The Wildcats are second in the Pac-12 Conference.This marks the final meeting of the season between the teams.

After taking the only earlier season game against Arizona 87-68 at Matthew Knight Arena on January 14, Oregon will be seeking a season sweep. Couisnard led the Ducks with 27 points.

Kylan Boswell had 15 points in defeat.The Ducks have been led this season by Will Richardson and N’Faly Dante, who are averaging 13.6 and 12.4 points per game, respectively.

Dante also has grabbed 7.4 rebounds per game, while Richardson has dished 5.5 assists per game. Tubelis has supplied much of the Wildcats’ offense, averaging 20.0 points per game. Tubelis also has pulled down 9.6 rebounds per game.

Kerr Kriisa has distributed 5.6 assists per game. The Wildcats rank as one of the highest-scoring offenses in the nation, 10th-best with 82.9 points per game. The Wildcats have found success in recent clashes between the teams at McKale Memorial Center, winning five of the last 10.
